The purpose of the teams is to help members get a smaller focus within the clan so that they can remain active and not get overwhelmed by too many types of things to work on. It also should help reduce the falling between the cracks effect when certain things get forgotten as everyone focuses on something else.

Please look over the current teams and if one interests you, post in it to sign up. Once we have several members in a team, leaders will be picked.

If none of the teams are quite right for you, feel free to post here with suggestions. We may split the teams or add new ones as needed.

The poll for team names was close! Legions is definitely the winner currently, but Tribes is very close! We will go with Legions for now, but leave it open to change!

Having devisions is a good idea, but I think each division ought to have at least two members on the top of the chain, since real life things do come up and not everyone can be active in the clan.

Personally, I wouldn't mind helping out in a division, or even leading one. I guess it would have to be a category that I'm strong in though. Lately I haven't been on zOMG, so I think that subject for myself isn't ideal.

I guess I'd prefer to organize events, maybe even host them. *Shrugs.*

How about this:

Division one: Knights (Division that goes in zOMG to help the weak or to take enemies down)
Division two: Guardians (Division that supports people in fights more like bring rings to buff everyone else)
Division three: Guards (Division that is more like police they enforce the rules they check to see if everyone is following the rules)
Division four: Research (Researches things on zOMG like rings or ways to make yourself a better player in zOMG)
Division five: Event planners (Plans new events & contests for the clan)

I think it should be like this. Although if you have a better name than thoughs go right ahead and say. The reason I didn't make a new name is cause a lot of clans/guilds already took names.

Names taken From captains seat: Captain, Leader, Squad commander, Division Leader.
Names taken from vice captains seat: Vise Captain, Second in command, Lieutenant.
Names taken from crew seat: Crew, High seats, 10 seats.
Names taken from members seats: Member, seat, lower seat.

Captain: (Leader of the division)
Vise Captain: (Second in command)
Crew: (Higher member)
Members: (Normal member)

Since I can't get into zOMG, I'd definitely like to do forum/thread upkeep! Monitoring the public thread, and making sure expired topics get where they need to go and that other threads are labeled appropriately and such. I guess I figure since I helped with the thread/subforum moving, that it'd be appropriate I continue with that kinda thing. sweatdrop

So:

1. Yes. Although, I'd like straightforward names...But I guess kind of code-names would probably be more interesting to most people. sweatdrop

Hmm I do a little bit of everything and provide direct support to our captain...

Division Zero: the generalists aka clan leaders... those who do a bit of everything, and provide support to all other divisions....?

You do not have to join a division.

We will not be forcing people to join divisions.

We know a lot of clan members are here to have fun.
We just want to make sure everyone still has lots of fun, while getting help whenever they need it. The sole purpose of the divisions is to make it easier for people who need help to be able to get help.
(or at least that's the theory behind it)

And these teams would not be the same as crews in zOMG. If you like working alone, you could still join a division that specializes in the battle aspects of perhaps in adding to the FAQs.
