 Akito wondered through the forest, sniffing at the air. Mother had said they were going to meet his father and sister. Akito had met his sister before, but not his father, and the young fox couldn't tell if he was looking forward to the meeting or not. Stepping gingerly around a tree root, he felt a shadow pass over him and rolled his eyes. He had a feeling this whole venture was going to be a disaster.
"Mother!" he called, looking up into the sky. His mother, Adira, dropped gracefully out of the sky on silent wings. "Why do we have to go visit again? You don't even get along with father, in fact, the way you talk, the two of you hate each other."  A black, neon swirled modiphim landed next to her, much smaller, son. She walked a few paces, tail swishing calmly behind her, before answering. "Because I'd like to meet your sister in person, that's why." Adira explained patiently...yet again. "And besides that, it would be good to meet your father, and you need more social interaction. You're becoming anti-social."

 Aegle walked ahead of her father and her aunt. She was extremly happy to get to see her brother again and kind of nervous to meet her mom. Her brother told her that she was like their mom. She wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. With a bounce in her step she called over her shoulder, "Come on dad, I know you dont like mom but I want to see my brother." Ookami shook his head. He didn't understand how his daughter could end up so much like her and yet he loved his daughter and hated her. "All alright. Why don't you run a little ways ahead while me and your Aunt talk." Tsuki watch this other vixen kind of bounce in her step. She knew her and her brother had the same personality and yet her this vixen, her niece was a happy-go-lucky thing. It just didnt seem right. She like her niece but sometimes she couldnt stand her prekyness. She hated the thought of meeting her mom. "So Mi why did you breed with someone who you obviously dont like and is most likely really preky?"

"I'm not anti-social." Akito sighed. He sniffed the air again and picked up a familiar scent. That scent could only be his sister. She was annoying, but endearing at the same time. In fact, she was one of the few foxes that he'd met that he could actually stand. He picked up his pace wanting to see his sister.Adira rolled her eyes at her son's obtuse attitude. She smiled as she also picked up her daughter's scent. She did want to meet her, but at the same time she wasn't sure how well she and Ookami would...interact. Raika calmly stepped out of the trees and made her way to Ookami's side. She nuzzled him softly before turning to the vixen that looked just like her mate. "Hello, you must be Tsuki, Ookami's sister. It's nice to meet you." She said softly.

Ookami looked at his sister making sure his daughter was out of ear shoot. "I was forced into a crack breeding and you know how things like that go. Her mother is preky and annoyting but I love my daughter." Ookami stopped short as Raika nuzzled him. He then nuzzled her back and countinued walking. "Hello love."
Tsuki had a look o.o. She then noticed another vixen had popped up and her brother had called this vixen love. The vixen even knew her name. Tsuki glared at the new vixen and her brother. "Who is this Mi and why does she know my name?" she asked with a little growl.
Aegle looked back to notice another vixen had joind their group though she didnt know who it was. All she wanted to do was see her brother again.

Akito knew he was getting closer and so slowed down, not wanting to seem too excited. He did have an image to upkeep after all. He turned a corner in the path and nearly ran straight into Aegle. "Hey, watch where you're going, sis." He growled at her playfully.
Adira nearly danced around the twist in the pathway and came upon the little family meeting. She saw Ookami, a vixen that looked almost exactly like him, a second purple vixen, and the last vixen that was nose to nose with her son had to be her daughter. "Hello, you must be Aegle. Akito talks about you quite a bit."
Raika lifted an eyebrow and gave Ookami's sister a cold look. "Rude little thing aren't you? And I know your name because your brother told me." Her expression softened as she turned back to her mate. "What, you didn't tell her about me yet?" she asked, bumping him lightly and smirking.

Tsuki glared at the new vixen waiting for her brother to answer her. "I'm not as rude as you."
Ookami looked at his sister and gave her a lick. He messed up and he knew it. "Raika she isn't rude she just doesnt suprises. No I hadn't made around to telling her about you yet. I have been busy with my daughter. Tsuki is named Tsuki for a good reason. Her mood changes with the moon. Closer to a full moon the better mood she is in the father away the worse her mood is."
Aegle ran straight into her brother and fell back on her butt. She growled back at him and said,"It was you fault this time not mine." She stood back up and shook her self out before rubbing her head against his.

"Was not." Akito said haughtily before smiling down at her and nuzzling her back. "So, how've you been since the last we talked? Oh, and this is our mother." Akito said, motioning to Adira, who nodded in greeting.
Raika tilted her head, considering what Ookami had told her. "Hmm, alright. I guess we should start over. I'm Raika." She reintroduced herself, tilting her head to the side, wondering if this vixen would accept her this time. She didn't need her acceptance, of course, but it would be...easier on Ookami if she had it.

Tsuki sighed an lick her brother back. Fine she would play nice with the new female but that didnt mean she had to like her. "Really wish you would stop surpising me like this Mi. Hello Raika, I'm Tsuki." she said in her nicest voice.
Aegle smiled at Akito while saying "Was so, I've been ok how about you." she then looked up at their mother and kind of jumped back. "Wow she really is like a bird like dad said. That is so weird." she said with a shocked look on her face.
Ookami groaned mentaly. He knew his sister was mad but she was playing nice and that could be very bad sometimes. He then looked up and seen a black male pretty much standing over his daughter so he picked up his pace and was standing next to her in five bounds.

"I've been just fine, sis." Akito replied, smiling down at his sister. He smirked, enjoying her reaction to their mother's appearance. He of course was used to it, having grown up with her, but Aegle hadn't. Akito snickered at her expense. As the new male showed up, Akito put his ears back angrily and began to step in between him and his sister before noticing the new male carried the same wolf marking as he did. Figuring this was his 'long lost father', Akito backed down.
Adira sighed. 'Great, Ookami's already poisoned her about me.' Shifting her wings closer to her body, she smiled down at her new-found daughter. "Yes, I suppose I'm...'like a bird'. I have the wings, but that's pretty much where the comparison ends I'm afraid." She watched Ookami bound up and switched her tail in annoyance.
Raika grinned at the way Ookami had suddenly become protective, thinking it was cute. "Is he like that with you too?" She asked Tsuki, walking a bit more calmly than Ookami had as she made her way to the forming group.

Tsuki rolled her eyes as her brother took off after her niece. Tsuki then looked at Raika and answered her question, "Yes he was and still is sometimes. It nice sometimes because you know that you actually mean something to someone but it also very annoying sometimes because he can and will almost smuther you if he has it set in his head that he needs to protect you from someone or something. It then takes a little while to talk him out of being so protective."she said with a small loving smile on her face.
Ookami obsirved the other male start to become agresive before backing down. He took a wiff of the air around the male. It smelt mostly like Adira but there was a tiny hint of Ookami's sent in there mixed with the males own natural sent. "Very wise boy,"Ookami told him when the he backed down. "Very good of you for trying to protect her," he commented on the fact that the boy, his boy was going to protect his Aegle. Yeah he was already proud of his son just from the fact that he was ready to take on Ookami to protect Aegle even though Ookami could have put him in the dirt easy.
Aegle watched as her brother was getting getting agresive toward their father. She was getting ready to jump between the two of them when Akito backed down. Which she knew had to be atleast a little hard for him. She brushed her tail against her fathers leg and rubbed her head under Akito's hoping that would futher calm them down. She then turned her attention back to her mother. "Really? I think you are very bird like."

Akito growled softly, two seconds in his father's presence and he was being talked down to. He wasn't a kit anymore, damn it. Still, he should at least try to behave for his sister's sake. As if to underscore his decision, Aegle rubbed up against him. Sighing, Akito sat down, curling his tail around his paws, and nosed her in reassurance.
Turning back to his father, he lifted his head proudly. "Of course I'd protect her, she is my sister." He replied to the elder male.
"Birds are small and fragile, I'm neither. But if you wish to think of me so, that's okay too." She smiled down at her daughter. "Hello Ookami, so nice to see you again." She continued cheerfully, half because it was in her nature to be cheerful, half because she knew it would annoy him. "I see you've taken good care of our daughter."
'Well, at least we've found some common ground. We both care for Ookami.' Raika thought to herself, relaxing a bit in the company of the other vixen. "Well, considering I've never been smothered in concern, I think I'd find it nice for a good long while. Though I'm sure you're right, I'll get annoyed with it eventually if he did it all the time.

Ookami nodded his head to Akito. "That's good. Some foxes let their siblings fend for them selves even if they need help just because they didnt grow up together."Ookami said before looking back to his sister and his mate.
Tsuki gave a small smile before saying,"Trust me it does get old." She then walked up to her brother and sat down by him. She looked at the new male and knew that this had to be her nephew. She could tell that he was a lil pissed off so she decided to try and make it better. "Hi there. I know it probably seemed like my dork of a brother was down talking you but trust me he wasn't trying to. He's just not very good at talking and extremly good at protecting those he cares for."She said while shoving her brother until he fell over.
"No one said a bird was small and fragile. Granted most birds are but there are some that aren't"Aegle told her mother as her brother and father were talking. They obviously werent getting along that well. She sighed when her brother nosed her. He was trying to be good and the thanked the gods that he was. But she thought her brother and father were to much alike to really get along. She laughed as her Aunt shoved her dad over. "Akito that is our Aunt Tsuki." she told him.

"Well, those foxes are idiots then aren't they?" Akito answered back. He turned to the vixen who looked like his father as she explained away Ookami's behavior. "I see." He replied, watching her knock her brother over.
"I also see where you got that little quirk from, sis." He continued in an amused tone, nudging his sister's shoulder.
Raika stood off to one side, not wanting to interrupt the family play between her mate and his sister. Tilting her head, she examined to two new foxes, one had to be Akito, and the 'phim had to be Adira, whom Ookami had told her about. Raika felt a twinge of jealousy that this 'phim had had Ookami's children, but calmed herself, remembering her mate didn't really like this female.
"Well, I'd love to see a bird as large as me, if you can find one." Adira laughed. "But, most birds are fragile, and quite easy to hunt. Absolutely delicious too. But enough about birds, I'd like to hear about you, daughter."

"Yes those others are poor excuses of foxes."Ookami nodded he then let out a "Uff" as his sister knocked him over. "Really now was that neassausary Tsuki?" He asked his sister as he stood back up.
Tsuki gave her brother a wicked smile. "Was what nessausary brother? I have done nothing except explain to your son how you act seeing as he didnt grow up with you around to pick up what your attentions are behind what you do."
Ookami glared at Tsuki. "Don't lie sis its very unlady like." he teased back knowing that she hated to be stero-typed of how a lady should act.
"Just you wait Mi I'll get you" she told him while glaring right back.
Aegle then glared at her brother at his remark. "I'll show you little quirk." She then pounced on him and pinned him to the ground. "Ha I win." Aegle blinked and tryed to think of something to say to her mother. "Umm......I get along with most I think. I love to tease other foxes. Akito being number one on that list. I don't know if I like you all that much but you seem ok. Dad obviously doen't like you but you are more upbeat then him so it makes sence I suppose. I dont know Akito am I missing anything or should I add anything?" she asked her brother still keeping him pinned.

Akito growled playfully at his sister before untangling himself and getting back to his feet. "I don't know sis, maybe that you're still as hyper-active as you were when you were a kit? She's been pouncing on Trocar and me since she was little." He teased his little sister, tugging her ear affectionately.
Then he looked at his father and aunt. His father was being...silly. From what his mother had told him, Akito hadn't expected the older male to play with his sister like that, but it seems he had been wrong.
An amused look passed over Adira's muzzle. "And she's very...straightforward. Although blunt could probably be used as well, something she shares with you, Akito." she smiled at her son, pleased to see him actually interacting with another fox without insults.
Raika watched the little family reunion, feeling slightly left out. Never one to be shy, she stepped forward and went to stand next to her mate. Affectionately, she bumped his shoulder.
