Sorry this isn't H!P related, but my japanese teacher entered this Karaoke contest and she really wants to win. Technically you can't vote, you can just comment.
I'm guessing if a person has A LOT of positive comments, that will have some influence on the judge's decision, but the judges decide who wins. =3
