Not only do we have a Trojan on it currently that's causing pop-ups to appear at random, but we got another Trojan on it yesterday and I think I borked the computer trying to get rid of it. To top it off, the thing's crashing every 5-10 minutes and it isn't reading the flash drives.
We're going to format the hard drive and see if that solves the problem, but before that I have to back up the passwords and bookmarks, which means I have to find the file that Firefox uses to store passwords, unless I want to transcribe them into an e-mail. (I actually did that once. The computer crashed while I was sending it.)
So, yeah. This sucker's toast.

Ah! Trojans suck. We had one on a computer when I was younger. I don't remember exactly what happened with it, because I was 7 or 8 and knew nothing about computers except you could play games on them. It was one where apparently once you discover it (It was really obvious, it changed the looks of everything), you have a half an hour or so before it kills everything and turns your computer to mush.
