This is completely random, but I was having a conversation with someone once about Cinnamon. We both realized that it comes from the bark of a certain tree. I begin to wonder how in the world it was discovered. Anyway I thought it would be a fun topic here that i could turn into a game. Give me your best creative story on how you think Cinnamon was discovered.

2 boys stood in the woods one day and goofing off they decided to play a game of truth of dare. The first little boy, Billy, choose dare. His friend, Darin, begin to look around the woods for inspiration when a tree grabbed his attention and he immediately blurted out "I dare you to lick that tree!" Billy said, "Eww that's weird lick a tree? ok fine i'll do it." He walked over to the tree and touched his tongue to the bark to discover that it was actually quite tasty. When he proclaimed that the tree taste good Darin thought he was pulling a prank on him but finally caved and tasted the tree as well. With that cinnamon was discovered.

Two Lumber Jacks were in a forest cutting trees. The first one, Billy, brought up a subject that the second, Bob, didn't like. They got in a fight and Billy through Bob on the floor and kicked the tree they had been cutting down on him. luckily for Bob, there was a tree stump behind him and as he screamed, the tree fell and landed right in his open mouth. Billy felt bad the moment he pushed the tree down and after trying to help out Bob discovered that Bob wouldn't get hurt if he went to go get help. By the time Billy had gotten back, Bob had gotten over the shock and realized how good the tree tasted. Later Billy and Bob started taking off the bark from the trees they cut down and selling it. THE END

I think that some little kids were messing around and one little kid dared another little kid to lick a tree and the one little kid did and he was just like, " whoa that was delicious." and sugar was made.

It was a cool autumn day. Paul was walking through the colourful forest, listening to birds singing and the leaves crunching under his feet. He was so taken away by the forest's beauty that he had lost track of time, and started to get hungry. He noticed a little squirrel eating a nut, and started looking for a nut to eat. He thought he picked up a nut, but it was bark. He tasted it without realizing it was bark until he looked at it more carefully. By this time, Paul discovered that it tasted quite nice, and put it in his pocket and brought it back to his home. When he got home, he ground the bark and put a couple of spices in with it, and tasted it again. Satisfied, he tried putting it on some dessert and was absolutely delighted. Paul decided to invite all his friends to taste his delicious discovery. And so cinnamon was spread throughout generations and cultures.
