I've been waiting for a topic this hot but I got tired of that and did it myself. Now let me just say when you answer please add more of a reason then their sexy hot bodies. Let's please see some brains or sense of humor.
I pick Kratos of course he's number one. He's a provider and sweeter than he let's on. So calm and cool under fire. *drool* moving on I'm half in love with them all Kratos just ranks first. I mean How could one of these guys not tug heart strings if you liked somone else speak now or forever hold your well you know the rest rofl

He is, as Kratos puts it, "Kind to his companions and a fierce god of death to his enemies". Yes, I do have that line memorized.
Calm and collected, he can nearly die and still come back and kick total a**. He's one of the only two Cardinals that didn't secretly wish to overthrow Mithos Yggdrasill, and has a strong sense of justice. He was, however, unaware of Mithos' true plans, but had truly wished for an Age of Half-elves, where they would no longer be hated.
He is, of course, incredibly good looking as well. Come on, I mean, aqua green hair that cowlicks in some places, a crimson eye and matching eye patch? Muscular body? Spandex? Oddly godd sense of fashion? He MUST be a god.
Of course he is. :>

...okay, let me get this straight. YOU HAVE TO ASK ME THAT QUESTION?!
Over half the girls are gonna say Kratos, you know. But he's mine, ya. ninja What? Well, at least in my RP thread he is... ninja ^_^ I mean he better be sexy if he's getting tattooed on my arm. Which he is.
So, Kratos is not only sexy, but his personality is that of the... umm, tall (he's 6'1"), dark (wearing purple) and handsome (flaming red hair, you just can't go wrong)... add a sword with that and bam! The past that surrounds him just makes me love him more. He's very deep, and there's a whole bunch of things you can learn about Kratos-sama. That voice... ohh, I have dreams about that voice... ninja YOU DIDN'T HEAR THAT. Cam Clark... I AM YOUR STALKER!!! MUHAHAHAHA! *coughs* Anyway, his relationship with Lloyd reminds me of the relationship with my father, and I always like characters that I can relate to... or what to be related to... ninja

Damn it I spelled Zelos wrong and couldn't fix it but anyway the guy that holds second place in my heart is gonna be *insert drumroll* Zelos heart I love him excuse me loved crying I hate that I mispelled his name but anyway I love how caring he is even though he trys tto downplay it by acting stupid and pervy he just needs someone to love and trust him. I miss him.

My second favorite is... umm, I dunno... Forcy- no, it's Yuan.
From the moment I first saw Yuan, I was like... DUDE HE'S SO HOT. Don't ask me why, but the fact that he's strong enough to know that the great seed is Martel - but he's willing to put it down for the good of the world turns me on.
Actually, that's what I noticed about the two guys with real loves lost: Kratos and Yuan. They are stronger probably because of that loss. It hurts me to say so, because we don't like very sexy guys who get hurt... wait, yeah we do, because of what it does to their personality... makes them deeper and much more trustworthy... hmm.

My third fave is Lloyd Irving. Not my usual type I'll admit but I love his naive gentleness so much. So innocent like the opposites of the first two. And he may not be book smart but he's not retarded *more than I can say about some guys I know* He always managed to come through and didn't want all of the deaths and suffering he caused however accidental. ninja

Well, I guess it'd be... Zelos. Why? Because of his long red hair, beautiful green eyes, and that funny personality. Usually I don't like funny guys at all, they ruin the whole thing, but I do like swordsmen with a sense of purpose. I feel that even though Zelos might want to just be a lazy bum and do what it takes to fufill his dream, that he comes through in the end, should you choose to keep him. Which I did until I learned that Kratos could be kept...
