Stupid cutter, stupid holt, stupid pack. Who needed them anyway? He had been just fine for.... a while... on his own. Who needed it. He didn't. It wasn't so bad when it was just New Wold, Snow Racer and Two Moons. Two Moons was even kind of nice to look at. But then this cutter guy shows up, trying to take over, acting like he's in charge? No way. Blood Hunt wasn't having any of it. So he left. Didn't tell anyone, didn't say good bye, just left. He was his own... whatever he was... he didn't owe anyone anything. And that part of him that kept wanting to glance back? She stomped it flat. To Hunt, To Howl, To live free. No where in there does it say to bow and scrape.

Jacaranda felt a new energy in her forest. It was volitile and aggressive. A new male? Maybe. It was distrupting the flow of the place. She stood up from whereshe was making her ointments and followed the negativity to a pony who stomped through the forest, deep in thought.
He was an elf, so he probably already knew where she was so she stepped out in front of him. "You... are disrupting."

Jacaranda's face was impassive. "You are chaotic," she said and her voice was mildly coloured with disaproval.

He gave a small snort then turned, heading in another direction, wanting nothing to do with this annoying female. Why couldn't anyone ever leave him alone?

Jacaranda spun after him gacefully. "No," she said. "You are disruptive. You cannot stay here. I will not allow it." It was one of the longest speeches she had made, but to protect the tranquility of her home, she would do anything.

He glanced back at her then sat down pointedly. "I can go where I like. I can stay where I want.

"You will not stay here and kill my forest," said Jacaranda with more force. It was not a question. Her tone was not of one begging. It was ofone who was going to let nothing stop her. The ground shook.

Jacaranda nodded. "You refuse to leave and continue to poison the forest." Roots suddenly burst from the flesh of the forest below Blood Hunt, entrapping him in a sphere of living wood. The trees groaned and Jacaranda nodded to them. They bwould have fresh nutrients before long. The roots shifted minutely, slowly closing the gaps between each other and shrinking the space inside the cage.
((Don't sorry, she won't actually kill him- he just needs to figure out how to stop her XD))

As the gaps began to shrink, he leapt through a few, scratching up his hide badly, but winning free. Fury filled his eyes as he landed, pivoted, and like a wolf, pounced on her, blood lust in his eyes.

Calm, even detatched, Jacaranda stared at him and he was suddently jerked off her; roots caught his ankles and flung him into the air. Jacaranda dusted herself ff and rose to her hooves. "The forest rejects you," she said. "Even the trees cast your emotions out."

Jacaranda looked at him impassively as he lunged a her and branches crossed protectively in front of her. The roots for his cage were already sinking into the moist earth. The forest repaired itself even as it acted.
"Why do you insist on a fight you cannot win? The earth is beyond strength. It simply is. You will die and it will rejouvenate itself. Why struggle against your fate?" She asked, actually a bit curious now, but also trying to swa him to her point of view. He was a danger and the forest could not allow danger.
