To obtain Bankai, you must first:
Reach 500 Posts.
Then A Teacher Must Train you, or 2 Bankai Candidates must have a 15 post Battle.
If you are being Trained, then the teacher must Approve you.
If you Are Battling, The Captain Commander must Decide the Winner, unless he thinks both are worthy.
