Welcome to the Palace of Inarisei.
What greets you is a dazzling sight.
This palace was constructed from emeralds, different colors of sapphire (blue, pink, green, etc.), different colors of jade, and pearls.
The ornate door was constructed of gold, silver, and jade.
A pattern of vines and roses can be seen throughout, and fox statues adorn each side.
It is said that the palace spontaneously grew out of the ruins of the old one, after the current Emperor won his war and regained his throne.
In front of and around the palace, a magnificent garden was created by this emperor, with every plant imaginable, and even many that can't.
In back of the palace is a mysterious forest, and to the west and east are beautiful meadows.
The grass is a beautiful silver-green, as are the leaves of some of the trees. A light turquoise sky hangs in the background, with a gold sun and just a few iridescent clouds. Sometimes even the sky has an iridescent tint to it, though no one knows how this is possible.
This is Houou's home, and that of Kurama, her husband. They rule over the Kingdom of Inarisei.
Welcome, and please enjoy your stay. Someone will be waiting to attend to you in the main hall.
But please take note: those with evil in their hearts may soon find themselves the meal of one of the plants guarding the palace. As for those who have good intentions, it is best to just admire the scenery. You have been warned. For nature, beautiful as it is, can be deadly as well.

Setsuna walks up towards the palace of Inarisei, holding onto her three year old's hand with her right hand, with her one year old held on her left hip. "Hang on a moment Suzuka." she said as she released her hand only momentarily, to knock on the door. The three year old just rocked back and forth on her heels.

Houou opened the door. On either side of her was a child. These were the twins Kitsu and Kisei. Kitsu resembled his father more, while Kisei, the girl, looked more like her mother. Both had emerald eyes. These fraternal twins were alike in many ways, did everything together, and felt what the other felt.
They began talking excitedly in kitsune language.
Houou smiled. "Thank you for coming." She stepped aside to let Setsuna and her daughters in. "Kisei and Kitsu have been very excited about meeting Suzuka and Juneko."

"Im glad you invited us Houou-chan." She smiled while escorting Suzuka into the doors. Suzuka made a funny face and looked up at her mother in confusion as she listened to the twins speak in their kitsune language.
"Suzuka...mind your manners." she said, gently shoving Suzuka forward to say hi.

The twins turned to look at Suzuka at the same time. They seemed to be examining her, studying her.
"Hello," they greeted in unison.

"Hi" Suzuka said, twirling a piece of her hair, rocking back and forth on her heels again, her skirt swishing to and fro. Baby Juneko squealed in Setsuna's left arm, squirming and wanting to be let down. Setsuna set her down next to Suzuka and June took off walking toward the twins, smiling and giggling. Setsuna chuckled.

Kitsu and Kisei smiled.
"We have lots of toys. Want to play with them?" Kisei asked.
"A lot of stuffed animals," Kitsu added. "Safe for all of us, mom said."

"YAH!" Suzuka exclaimed. Juneko toddled up to the twins, pulling at their clothes and giggling. Setsuna looked to Houou. "June might be a bit young depending on what sort of toys your children have." A large sweat drop appeared on her head. "She's still teething and all." Setsuna reached into the baby bag that she had swung over her right shoulder and pulled out one of Juneko's toys, a small stuffed bear, watching her immediately take it and put it in her mouth.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure everyone's safe and happy," Houou said, nodding. She led the children into a large playroom containing numerous stuffed animals--cats, foxes, bears, rabbits, you name it.
"Daddy says we're spoiled, but people kept giving us stuff," Kisei said.

Setsuna picked up Juneko and followed, setting her back down once they entered the large room. "It looks safe to me Houou." Setsuna said skimming the room.
"I can see why people gave you things, young lady." Setsuna said to little Kisei with a smile. "Two very adorable twins as you are."
"WOAH!" exclaimed Suzuka looking at all the toys. Juneko toddled after her sister.

"Thank you Setsuna-san." Kisei gave a bow, and then went off to play; joining her brother.
"Yes, Kurama and I took that into consideration when we made this room," Houou said.

"I appreciate your attention to that." Setsuna said to Houou. "I feel at ease knowing that they are safe here." She walked into the room, observing the excited children as they played.
"MAMA!" Suzuka squealed. "It's the same bear you got me! Is this yours?" She said nudging Kisei. "It's cute." She snuggled it.

"Uh-huh," Kisei replied. "I like it, too."
The twins suddenly had an idea.
"We want to give a gift to our friends! Can we, Mommy?"
"Of course," Houou was delighted to hear this. "If it's all right with their mother, of course." She looked to Setsuna.

Setsuna chuckled. "Of course it's alright. Heaven knows Suzuka loves getting presents."
Suzuka screamed in delight. "YAY!" Juneko, not knowing what else to do, screamed like her sister and giggled afterwards.

Kisei and Kitsu selected some of their toys and handed them to Suzuka. "For you and your sister! We have so many, we can't find time to play with all of them!"
