I'm Your Captin Yukari Tomino. You can call me Captin or whatever you see nessesary. I try not to be strict so tell me how i'm doing once and awhile. In division five we specilize in Kidou spells. If you can't cast a Basic Kidou this might not be the best division. And I would Suggest looking into another squad. Furthering Kidou is also a good idea. Living accomadations are provided.
