I'm reading Neuromancer right now, and I am a huge fan of almost anything by Phillip K. d**k.

I just recently ordered Roadside Picnic by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky. I really wish Tony Gonzales would try writing on an original fictional world as he does an awesome job with his EVE oriented stuff.

lol, it's very futuristic, demonic, scientific and awesome! Actually, I suggest reading it if you want the full story. It starts before the game does and then leads into it. I love it, but I'm also a HUGE DOOM fan.

Hey, and I can't blame you. Hell, I think it's worse that I'm reading a damn EVE: Online book...even if the world is pure awesome...

lol, yeah, just one book though, as far as I know. You can find it at Books a Million or Barns and Noble.

You know what I wish they'd make? A Metroid novel....they have Halo...and Samus was the original space suit chick like that....they should honour her.

1984 and Brave New World. Awesome books.

You know, even my father suggested that I read 1984 and I havent done it yet.
I did like Fahrenheit 451, though

I believe the book was called Legion Of The Damned...
i dont remember who wrote it,
but the basic idea is in the future, criminals, people who are near death and cant be saved, and various other people, get their brains put in robotic bodies to fight wars.
Also..they execute criminals in the manner they committed their crimes...so if someone killed someone by cutting them up, they get put to death by being cut up..
