I made this dress using Guuterman thread, 3 1/2 in. by 4 1/2 in. of Cadet blue felt, and some red and white felt scraps I had saved from a previous project. The brooch (Sailor Chibi Moon inspired) is one small heart shaped gem, held on by Elmer's all purpose glue.
