As the name says, come in here to meet people, dance, or get plastered! (of course, most people do all three in a night)
No character descriptions/pics are needed, but they are encouraged.
As for the setting, that's for you to decide! But until people begin posting, you may begin with a simple bar, dance floor, and sitting area. Anything else is yours to add, from normal things like an outside area to stripping poles, it's your call.
