Damu yawned and stretch, his back popping in a few places. The morning sun, though still slightly cold, warmed his bones quite considerably. Red eyes blinked up at the sun, still blue with morning air.
Shaking his head away from another yawn he glanced around at his siblings and parents to determine who was awake and who was not.
Twana stirs slightly, back arching almost like a cats and bodying creaking from eth lack of movement for a few hours. Sleep wasn't her favorite time of day. it seemed to waste away teh hours. She doesn't stand right away, instead raise her maw and takes in eth cool air around her. Morning was one of teh most beautiful times of day.

Aha! Twana was awake! Damu skittered over to his sister and wagged his tail in happiness. Usually no one was up with him, except Twana. Sure, he rather expected her to be awake, but he was happy nonetheless. "Gmorning, Twan!" She said in an excited whisper as not to wake the others.
Twana wasn't startled by teh excited waggle of her Brother coming to her side. they were always up together and she enjoyed teh time they spent together. She stands and finishes of her stretches. "Morning!" She says, her voice equally as excited and tail wagging in return. She yawns lightly and then bounds away a bit, inviting Damu to follow.

The excited pup bounded after his sister. Morning play was always fun, especially because it wasn't too hot, but the cold of night had left. His excited wiggle still affected his body, though a slight shiver from the lingering cold was mixed in.
"What to do this morning?" He asked curiously to his sister.
"Well now that it's brighter out.. We could explore the water a bit more?" She offered her idea, she was still in fact intrigued by the water. It's mirror -like surface made her want to know more. Actually.. everything in the world made her want to know more. Curiosity thrived in this pup.

Alright, lead the way~" He commented. The water was interesting. Cold and a mirrow, reflecting the sky and the land around it - even them. And moving with the wind - how he loved the wind - and the movements they made.
"Maybe it won't be so cold this morning," He said with a smile upon his maw.
Twana smiles in hope with her brother. It'd be nice going for a 'swim' which was more of a flounder around. "It might be.. we never knwo." She says, giddy as ever and witha quick change of mind she's running as fast as she can to teh waters edge, happy as a clam.

Damu dashed as quickly ash he could after his sister, keeping up wtih her mostly. She could run faster than him - for now anyways. Stopping at the water's edge, Damu gave a final yawn before using a paw to tap the water; testing the surface.
Her legs carried her with her brother not to far behind. Her mind was soaring with the thoughts of water and she forgot to watch where she was going. It took only moments for her to realize what had happened. She had fallen in, practically dove. And in seconds she resurfaces shivering terribly.

"I guess it's cold," Damu said with a small laughing undertone to his voice. He stood at the water's edge, his body pressde forward, but his legs anchored in place. He did this to peer into the water. It was strange, the water, showing his reflection - was it his reflection?
The rippled from his sister's dripping body distorted the sufrace, and his image rippled strangly. "D'you need help?"
Twana could only nod at his statement and shake her head at his question. It was REALLY cold, apparently teh morning had no effect on eth temperature. She takes her time but, eventually gets back to teh edge and shivers her way to dry lands and sprawls.

"Maybe the sun hasn't warmed it yet..." Damu commented lightly. Je was still shivering a bit from the slightly cold air, though it was quickly warming.
Twana nods again. "i hope it warms up soon." SHe said almost saddly. Her fur still dripping heavily. She gasps lightly and shivers again, followed by a gentle sneeze. Right then she promised herself atht she'd keep a better eye on where she was going.

Damu nodded with agreement. The water was terrily cold. "Maybe we can play a game at the water's edge.... So we don't get too cold?" Damu suggested, unsure and not really knowing what to do.
