Ebony was currently exploring the girl's section of a large department store. While her older brother had brought her, he was elsewhere in the store, trying to not invade his sister's privacy while she was searching for clothes, most particularly undergarments. He was still within her sight and could easily be yelled for and see if someone started approaching his sister, but he wasn't hanging over her shoulder or anything.
The small purple crossbreed was presently looking over some neat little slips and dresses. She was fond of pretty colors and soft flow clothes, but being an active little girl tended to result in a lot of wear and tear on those pretty clothes so she had to get new ones.

With a light hearted squeal Puck ran through the aisle of women's garments wearing a pair of scarlet red laced panties upon his head. His arms were splayed to either side of him as if he were pretending at being an airplane while one tentacle waved and wiggled and the other simply lay limply at his side as if trying to slow the cheerful toddler down.
Following the toddler soon after was a tall preteen girl with short hair, tail, and wings. "Puu! Slow down! Stop this instant!" She called after and despite her worried tone she was giggling lightly, "Those aren't a hat! They are for women to wear under their clothes." Wynni was blushing as she felt only a little scandalized by her small brother's actions. It was not something she had expected to deal with while bra shopping with her mother, but while their backs were turned it seemed Puck decided to get into a bit of mischief.
Puck saw Ebony grinned happily! This person would protect him and so he made a change in his direction and went to hide next to her hoping his sister didn't catch on to his tactic. The small boy clasped at one of Ebony's leg and he gave a small giggle, "Shh!"

Ebony blinked and put a hand in front of her mouth to stifle a small giggle, leaning down to pat the boy lightly on the head. "Silly thing, why're you wearing those? They're not a hat."
The purple female then spotted her friend Wynni seemingly chasing the child and grinned a little. "That your sister?" she asked the boy quietly. "She's my friend."

Puck grinned cheerfully up at Ebony and shifted his shoulders in a shrug. One tentacle was idly 'peering' at her while the other seemed to stubbornly not want anything to do with her. "Yah? S'what sis claims!" Puck said playfully, "but they fit on my head, kinda..."
"Yeah s'my sister and she can't catch me!" He said cheerfully. Apparently he didn't understand that he, too, needed to be quiet while hiding.
Wynni was nearing them with a small bit of a laugh trying to peer around Ebony before greeting her with a, "Hi! Did you happen to see a little imp?" she was obviously pretending she didn't hear or see her sibling.

The older girl had just been about to comment that they fit better around one's waist but then Wynni arrived. "Oh nope, didn't see anyone." She told the preteen with a little smile. Yep, she was already pretty good at this game from having siblings of her own, playing along with Wynni in the seeking of Puck and not revealing that he was a failure at hiding.

The small boy was tickled by the fact that his sister couldn't find him though he was rather obviously hidden behind Ebony. He lightly peeked a little from around the purple spawns leg over at his sister, also accompanied by the more 'cheerful' of the tentacles attached.
Wynni sighed and spread her arms wide and then dropped them to her side in a dramatic fashion, "That little imp has been nothing but trouble since we got him home, Ebby. Ah well! How have you been?" It was always best to blatantly ignore Puck, she had found. Sooner or later he became sulky and would 'present' himself.

"Oh I've been well. I have a little sister now - she's a panda. How've you been, besides imp chasing? And how's your Mom doing?" the purple girl asked, smiling up at her friend. "I love your haircut. It suits you really well."

Wynni giggled and nodded, "She sounds adorable!" she commented before she went on to her own things, "Not a whole lot, got into some trouble and we moved! Mom is gonna have a baby, not sure how that works just yet." Wynni said with a small tilt of her head, "I am kind of scared to ask mom about it, and she's not the only one that I know that is going to have a baby." She seemed slightly perplexed by the process.
Puck pouted faintly at being 'ignored'. Quietly he slunk from behind Ebby and crossed his arms over his chest, "Ahem!"

"Ooh, babies are nice. I don't know anything about that either but babies themselves are nice. They're fun to snuggle but they cry a lot and are messy, I'm told." about that time, Puck came out of hiding so she turned to notice him again.
"Oh! There you are." she said, leaning down to give him a friendly pat on the head as well as plucking the panties lightly from his hair and pulling them behind her to pass over to Wynni out of sight. "Wherever did you go?"

The female spawn giggled and nodded a bit, "Yes! Babies are adorable. I want one of my own one day," she said with a small sigh, "not until I am much older though!"
Wynni giggled as Puck went visible once more and stealthily took the panties and hid them on some other rack that he couldn't see or notice behind her.
The small boy flicked his blue-and-yellow eyes from one girl to the other with a raised eyebrow and then he broke into a fit of giggles, "You guys are silly! Ebony-girl knew I was here the whole time!" He said proudly.
"Oh dear, betrayed by my own friend?" Wynni said with a gasp and a giggle.

Ebby giggled at the child giving him a snug. "He's just so stealthy, I forgot he was there." the purple one couldn't keep a straight face as she said this, patting Puck's hair lightly.
"Now that we are no longer hiding, tell me. Did you name Puck's tentacoos too?"

Always glad to receive and give affection he snuggled back with a happy grin. A pretty girl snuggled him that always made him glad! "Yeah she did!" he seemed proud, "She was there when mommy picked me up and she named them while mommy talked to the people!"
Wynni giggled and nodded a bit, "Yeah, the cheerful and interactive one is 'Ziiba' or just Zii, and the other more distant one is 'Nicht', or Nii."

Ebony giggled. "Aw, how cute." she proclaimed, reaching down to gently pat each tentacoo in turn. Her pats to Nicht were light and not too provoking since she didn't want to bother it too much, but she was nice and affectionate in petting Ziiba. "Those are very nice names, Wynni."

Puck giggled as Ebony petted the tentacoos. He was rather amused by the fact that she seemed to appreciate them almost as much as his sister. Ziiba happily accepted the affections where as Nicht grudgingly accepted them and only leaned lightly against the hand whole being patted as a sign of appreciation for the consideration of its wants and needs.
Wynni nodded a bit, "I thought so, thank you! Hey what are you doing around here? Looking for a bra too?" She blinked and tilted her head, of course she didn't have much to speak of in the chest department herself but apparently it was enough for her mother to worry about bra purchases.

"Oh not quite bras yet. I haven't grown anything much up top yet. Mommy says I probably will next time I grow though given how people from the facility grow in spurts." Ebby giggled a bit at the suggestion, "I'm just here to pick up a few new pairs of undies and whatnot."
