Here are the training grounds for all of you to practise and hone your skills. It is a large area filled with sand like soil and numerous boulders to use as targets. Training is very important so make sure to post here often

"ok kikan lets practice yah ready?"
kikan: "yea lets go" Hikudo approached a boulder closed his eyes and focused his spirit energy to kikan...his eyes popped open and shouted "Open the heart of worlds kikan yaiba!" kikan split in to two zanpaktou one was its original form and the other was its shikai a sleek solid black scimitar, he dashed for the boulder and in an instant the boulder was turned to rubble "alright kikan you two did great!" and with that Hikudo sealed kikan headed for the barracks (exit to barracks)

"after the destruction of central kikan...........we need to acheive bankai now more than ever it has to be a priority"
kikan: "yea your right but we will not be able to achive this level of power using traditional means you will have to face and defeat me."
"hmm right lets go"
Hikudo sat down on the ground and released his raitesu and shaped it into a a form that would allow him to face kikan's persona
kikan: "well its about time" said kikan. kikans persona was a slim and slender female with red hair weilding two zanpakto's shika had never seen before her eyes were a mixture of gold and silver and she wore the exact same robe as Hikudo
"yup we havent met like this in ages" and with that they rushed at each other and started their bankai training

after 2 days of non-stop training Hikudo and kikan were on their last leg's
kikan: *pant pant* "well i have to say shika youve improved scince we last met"
*pant pant* "you to kikan heh to think that central was destroyed but when those traitors show their faces we will be ready so shall we continue?"
they charged at each other one final time and stood at a stalemate with their swords in a deadlock and neither willing to backdown
kikan: "heh give up Hikudo your good but you cant beat me" said kikan with a cocky smirk on her face
"oh yea we will see" Hikudo twisted his arm under kikan's gaurd and knocked the zanpakto's from her hands and held his sword near her neck
"so kikan you were saying?"
kikan: "heh you did good but next time..." kikans persona dissapeared and Hikudo was back inside of his body "now im ready im coming jisaku"

 Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku MorimotoJisaku arrived at the training grounds with his hand resting on the handle of his zanpakuto. "Come on, Hikudo-san. I don't have all day."

"fine fine" said Hikudo casually walking to the training grounds "ok are you ready?" asked Hikudo unsheathing kikan

Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku MorimotoJisaku also drew his sword and swung it once. "I'm ready when you are."

"lets go" Hikudo charged at jisaku and raised his sword above jisaku's head and swung downward

Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku MorimotoJisaku raised his sword and not only blocked the attack, but pushed his sword backwards. He then spun around and swung his sword horizontally at Hikudo's hip.

Hikudo jumped in to the air and yelled "hado 33 sokatsui" and aimed at jisaku

Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku Morimoto"Not bad. But..." Jisaku raised his hand towards the white lightning. "Bakudo 39: Enkosen!" A barrier of reiatsu formed around Jisaku, causing the lightning to split in various directions.

"tch" Hikudo came down with a verticle downward slash and increased his spiritual pressure

Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku MorimotoJisaku jumped back as Hikudo came down. That slash had a lot more force to it. "I see you've decided to stop fooling around."

"yup i did" Hikudo rushed and slashed in an upward verticle direction but faked and went to kick jisaku in the ribs

Squad 8, 3rd Seat: Jisaku MorimotoJisaku tried to block the vertical slash, but instead got a hard kick in the stomach. He stumbled over after that one and his glasses fell off.
