This area was once generally off limits to other divisions, as it's a special dorm-like area where members could live and remain close to the wall at all times. The Taicho and Fuku-taicho both had rooms here, however those are completely off limits without an invite. Now it is nothing more but a memory of the once existing 14th guard squad.
