 This is where we'll keep track of important updates to the charity. We'll also announce contest/give-a-way winners here.
- April 21st, 2009: We got our first application! biggrin
- April 5th, 2009: We have a new rule: {18} Once your application has been accepted, you must post a link to the guild somewhere in your quest thread (on the first page).
- April 3rd, 2009: We set a new budget for our contest. You can now create outfits up to 50,000 gaia gold.
- April 1st, 2009: The charity opened!

 This is where we tell you why we made this charity.
The Mod Squad loves helping out other people, especially our guild members. We give out tons of gold and prizes in our games/contests as well as during the celebrations that we have.
It was suggested by KillerQueen Bash that we start up our very own guild charity; and we thought it was an absolutely wonderful idea!
So, here we are, lending a helping hand to you, our beloved members, on your quest to an awesome avatar! biggrin

 These rules are very important. If you don't follow them, you may not be able to get a donation.
{ 1} All guild rules apply to this charity and should be followed.
{ 2} All Gaia ToS rules apply to this charity and should be followed.
{ 3} All charity rules should be followed.
{ 4} Once you've PMed your application to The_Blessed_Charity, you MUST be active in this thread to receive a donation.
{ 5} Mules are not allowed. You have to use your main account, for donations and contests/give-a-ways.
{ 6} You are not allowed to beg. Doing so will get you blacklisted from this charity.
{ 7} No posting only emoticons or bumping is allowed. You have to have at least three words in your posts.
{ 8} Please, no quote towers. If you're replying to a person who has the last post, you don't need to quote them.
{ 9} Do not quote anything on the first page. (The application is the only exception).
{10} You do not have permission to use any of the graphics on the first page.
{11} Do not spam this thread.
{12} Please, be literate. No cussing, no chat speak, etc.
{13} You are not allowed to advertise in this thread unless you ask and obtain permission from the guild Captain, dark_angel_32189. (Advertising in your signatures is okay).
{14} Please do not stretch the pages. If an image you want to post is too large, post a link to it instead.
{15} All applications should be PMed to The_Blessed_Charity
{16} You must have a trading pass to be able to receive donations.
{17} It is recommended that you read all the posts on the first page. Otherwise, you might miss out on something that could disqualify you from receiving a donation; and we don't want that.
{18} Once your application has been accepted, you must post a link to the guild somewhere in your quest thread (on the first page).
We have the right to add/remove any of these rules as we see fit. Breaking any of these rules will disqualify you from ever receiving a donation from us.

 This will be necessary to everyone who wants to receive a donation from us.
Please read the entire first page before applying. Trust me, it will be to your benefit to do so.
There will be two different applications. The first one will be for smaller quests. These applications will have a shorter waiting period, as they are easier to obtain. The second one will be for larger quests. These applications will have a slightly longer waiting period, as some of them may take a while for us to obtain.
All applications should be submittied exactly as we have them. If you leave out any part of it, it will be automatically denied. All applications should be PMed to The_Blessed_Charity
(Any applications that are posted in this thread will be denied/ignored).
Once we've accepted your application, you're name will appear in the Waiting List. We have the right to deny any applications that we want, even after it's been placed in the Waiting List.
(You can find out what your post count in the guild is by searching for your username in the guild members list).
Application One Requirements:
*Your quest item must be worth under 10,000 gaia gold.
*You have to have been a member of this guild for at least three months.
*You must have at least 25 posts in the guild.
*You can't have more than two strikes (warnings) against you.
*You have to have a quest thread (either in the guild [The Sitting Room] or in the Gaia forums) with at least ten pages.
(All of this information can be obtained from any guild Captain or Vice Captain)
Application Two Requirements:
*Your quest item must be worth more than 10,000 gaia gold.
*You have to have been a member of this guild for at least six months.
*You must have at least 100 posts in the guild.
*You can't have more than two strikes (warnings) against you.

At a recent painting competition, Susan's rendition of a Constable was not last. Betty only just managed to avoid last place and came third. The lady who painted a Monet was very successful and took first place. Courtney beat the lady who painted the Taylor and the lady who painted the Van Gogh beat Sam. Can you determine who painted what and who won?
