The stallion carried his pelt with more and more vengeance each day. He had shed his image with Isis. He had left Isis, though it had pained him at the time.
A new female had made her way into his life. So much different then Isis, Raina was a sadist bent at destroying the world.
Leave it to him to end up with the female more dominant than himself.
Though she was by no means more dangerous than he.
The glowing golden orbs that stared across the lands were haunted with a past, but a past the male would never tell. He was never to be free, but he had learned to enjoy what life he did have. At first, his deadly urges were nothing more than things he could not control. Now he sought out what he normally could just wander upon.
Richard's nose twitched as he scented the air with one large intake of breath.
The night smelled clean.. He hated that smell. Give him some excitement, that could really lighten the mood.

 Khresmoi had taken to the night, as he was wont to do, especially now that he had Lachesis. He rarely strayed from her side, but this night called to him – it had been some time since he had wandered, had taken to the ground and let him lead him wherever it wanted, and it was due time. So the stallion wandered, making sure to not stray too far from his ‘home’ area, from where his family generally remained, from his Lachesis.
But there was something heavier in the air this night… He snorted quietly, glancing around the area with just a touch of nervousness, though he was ready to talk himself out of just any situation that met him. He was sure his wit could get him out of most anything… If not, he was not entirely sure what else there was to be done. So he walked on, making sure he keep a sharp eye and a careful step, not wanting to walk right into a horrible situation…

The Skinwalker had not been looking for anyone in particular, but when a crunch of the earth sounded through the forest, his earsperked, and his eyes widened.
He knew what that meant.
Someone was walking through the forest..and from the sounds of it, they were rather close.
A fangy smile appeared on his maw, as his eyes glinted with a spark of evil.
Since his meeting Raina, he had come to accept the skinwalker side of him; inevitably making him entirely more dangerous than he had once been.
Not that he had not been dangerous before.
He inhaled deeply, but this time he was not sniffing the night. He was searching for a scent, just as a wolf would stop to smell the air.
With a growl in his throat, he began to stalk towards the oncoming Soquili.
