The clitoris is sensitive. Too much stimulation can be painful. That might have been the reason behind the discomfort you felt during oral sex.
There's nothing wrong with having sex and watching pornography every day as long as you're educated and protected. If you're pregnant because you didn't use birth control, that means you two weren't educated or protected enough to be having sex.
The first thing you need to do is get your infection taken care of. Your partner might need to get treated too depending on exactly what kind of infection you have.
As for the baby, abortion might be your best option if you're young, still in school, living with your parents, and don't have much money. Having a baby before you can properly care for him or her is really not fair to yourself, your partner, your parents, or the baby. Make sure you're careful in the future.

I would also tell your parents so they can give you help and provide support, but that's up to you. Regardless, if the infection is as bad as you say it is, then you need to see a doctor immediately and get advice as to how to proceed next. If you cannot care for a baby at this point in your life, an abortion might be your best option.

It's good that you have seen a doctor. If you want to keep the baby then obviously don't get an abortion. I strongly believe that you SHOULD tell your parents and soon. Try and get a cure/medication for whatever is going on in your vaginal area.
Good Luck. =] *hug*
