Satomi had left her home from in the safe haven of the Gods. She wasn't sure whether this was a good idea or not but the mortal world fascinated her. It was different. The mortals lives seemed so strangely complicated and well it had drawn her in and so she had wandered for a while looking more like a mortal finding that she made a pretty mortal as she looked pretty much the same just without all her beautiful hair.
She let out a small laugh as she entered the strange lands, she had dropped her look for now and looked as she should do, with her brown curly hair hanging beside her face. She knew she wasn't like most of her kind, she lacked wings. It had never bothered her and she was sure it would help her rather then hinder her in these strange lands, at least she hoped so. She wouldn't linger long though. There was so much to see!

Nashina hadn't stayed in the mortal world simply because it was interesting, what with all the people to play with and strange antics of those who were older than even her own prolonged life, but because, frankly getting back up into the Realm of the gods would have been one hell of a chore.
She was too small, too...mostly wingless....
...
....
And she'd kinda forgotten where it was. Had she known in the first place? OH she just couldn't remember! AHHHH! She almost wanted to cry. Or she would have, if the thought had crossed through her little cubbish mind, which was currently focused on a cricket in the grass as it jumped along, sending her leaping after it in an attempt to capture her prey.
An attempt which ultimately was her tripping over her own front paws to sprawl out on her back with a fit of laughter.
"Again!"

Satomi's ears flicked as she heard something coming from not far in front of her it seemed. She might as well go and look though she was far from sure what she would find. She moved slowly and quietly towards where the sound came from and was surprised to see a cub... a cub with wings. Well the startings of wings. That was unexpected.
"Hello!" She called out softly, she felt no fear or worry around those that were like her. This cub was obviously, mortals didn't have wings at least not the ones she had seen so far! She would be surprised if she found that a mortal did indeed have wings. The thought caught her up for a few seconds before she smiled and shook the thought from her head turning her attention back to the cub.
"I am Satomi" She introduced herself smiling the whole time. What a pretty little cub she was!

Woah! Pretty face was looking down at her! HI PRETTY FACE!!
Nashina giggled and waved one of her little white-dipped toes up at the goddess with a sort of carefreeness that came with knowing very little about the world. But a lack of worries was something she did enjoy having. Or would enjoy if she had known she had it in the first place.
"Hullo~" she greeted, puffing her little chest out before actually making the effort to roll over, pausing to frown at the dirt on her back and swiping it off (as much as she could, due to reach issues) before turning to look up at the lioness who looomed over her. Wooow.
She was big and tall and pretty and.... very wingless. Oh no! Did that mean she needed to hide her wings and quick?? She wasn't sure, really, seeming a little bit panicked in the thought for a moment before just settling for folding the little wing-growths against her back.
"Satomi's a pretty name." Nashina stated, actually trailing off a bit before it seemed her mind reminded her.... "OH! I'm Nashina! Nice to meet you!" Smilesmilesmile.

Satomi smiled at the youngster, she was the cutest thing!
"Hello Nashina, it's nice to meet you too!" She smiled at the youngster, she really was a cutie! Her little wings were adorable.
"So what are you goddess of little one?" She wasn't sure if the cub would know but surely she would know she was a goddess so it was a possibility she knew what her domain was. Satomi had known her's for as long as she could remember.
"Do you live here?" She had many questions though she wouldn't bombard the youngster too much, after all she was only a cub!

Nashina puffed her little chest out as the older goddess spoke to her, seeming oh so happy with the idea of being someone that even ADULTS liked to meet! (Ha, Take =THAT= Ushu! Stupid boy.)
"I'm..I'm...Uhhh...uhhhmm..." Oh shoot, she'd known the answer to that question a few minutes ago too!
Nashina pouted a bit as she sat to think, about the answer to 'what' she was the Goddess of. Right now she was more like the 'Little sprouty small thing' of her domain, really. Nothing wrong with being small and the like, but still no good if she couldn't remember what she was!
"Na-na-nashi......." Hmmm, Nanashi sounded like a name she knew. Now what did that name have to do with- 'Nameless'.... Nameless? Nameless.. Nameless. Shoot, that would be bad to be. No name meant you wouldn't know who you we-
OH YEAH!!
"Identity!" she suddenly beamed, as though it was PLAIN AS DAY to her and she hadn't had to think that long on it.
Though the next question was easier.
"Oh.. that. I don't live here.. well, I do live here right now, but it isn't my home. Don't got one."

Satomi smiled and watched the cub as she spoke. Identity. Was an interesting domain there was no doubt about that. The cub was young though so she wouldn't push her about her domain. Maybe Satomi would seek her out when she was a bit bigger.
"You like it here then? I don't really have a home down here either..." She smiled at the youngster. Well at least that was one thing she learned. Gods and Goddesses didn't really find homes down here, or maybe they did and this one was just to little to settle anywhere. She was a cutie that was for sure!

She wasn't being cute on purpose, she was just turning out that way, to be honest. But that might have just been some of the charm of the fact that she was so young and easily impressed upon - not good to subject oneself to peer pressure when their domain was the opposite of just that.
"'s pretty.. Dunno how I feel 'bout it though." she answered, pouting a bit. "Lots of bugs 'n stuff.. and boys... and mud... My momma would wonder how to keep me clean...." Following this, however, there was another pause as she sort of.. stared off in wonderment.
"... If I could remember who my momma was. I r'member somethin' 'bout a momma, but I don't remember my momma..."
This was followed by a long pause where the little cub seemed to think and grow more and more distressed, suddenly breaking out into hysterics over the entire ordeal. She wanted her momma and she couldn't even remember who it was!
What a bad daughter!

Satomi now hadn't a clue what to do. Erm.... help?
"Hey, it's okay, calm down!! Maybe your momma is up in our haven, up on the mountain where only those like us are allowed to go." She smiled and spoke softly but she really hadn't a clue how to deal with children, especially upset ones.
"Maybe you will find her one day! I heard there is a goddess of the Lost... maybe she can help you?" Or was Satomi imagining that? Nope she was sure someone had mentioned her before. She had never seen nor met her though.
She let out a soft sigh, oh the poor little one.

Sniff sniff. Hic. Sniff.
Haven..... huuuh.. she knew the haven. Or at least she was pretty sure she did. Hmmm, Haven, Haven, Haven.. yeahno. Not in her memory. But it sounded familiar.
"D-d'you think so?" she asked, followed by a hiccup and a small sniffle. Well, that method seemed to work really well, but following that, Nashina glanced over her shoulder at her iiiitty bitty wings and frowned again. Well.... uhhhh.. yes. No. Maybe. AHH! "Guess'm gonna have to get bigger 'fore I can see her, huh?"
No way she was gonna get ANYWHERE with her little baby!wings she had going for her.

Satomi didn't have wings? Maybe only gods could find it, granted it normally took her a while to get up there but she managed it. Though the little one was little...
"Well at least you will be able to get there someday" She smiled hoping that if the youngster did ever get up there and not find her mum that she wouldn't be around. Satomi hadn't a clue who was up there she hadn't really socialised much before she came down to walk with the mortals.
"It will all be alright in the end... you won't have to wait long, time will go by quick enough." At least she hoped it did for the little one.
"It was nice meeting you little one, I shall be on my way, so much to explore!" She smiled at the young goddess and flicked her tail behind her as she moved on. She had so many more things to see and do.
