Shazzam.First off, we knew this was coming, and I feel Infinity Ward is ready to deliver another great game. Secondly, does anyone get the feeling that this trailer kind of explains the epilogue of CoD4?

I can't really think of a lot of situations where the sequel surpassed the original. That and my expectations for COD4 were actually low, so after playing it was, and is, the best FPS out there for me.
It's gonna blow is what I"m trying to say.

Not many game creators can pull off a good sequel. If Infinity Ward can do it, I gotta give them props

There's no doubt that this game is going to be amazing. It's freakin Infinity Ward.
However, that said, I did lose a bit of respect for Infinity Ward after the Microsoft Press Conference at E3. They're entirely aware that Modern Warfare 2 is one of the most anticipated games for 2009. Fans want to hear them talk about this game, especially if they live under a rock and haven't read the cover story on it in GameInformer. Instead, they came onstage and said "We don't have time to talk to you so we're going to play the game", played for like two minutes, and then just right then said "SKIPPING AHEAD A BIT BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO YOU" and played for another two minutes. And as soon as it was done, they just walked right the hell off. Didn't even bother talking about one of the most anticipated games of 2009. God, that's just terrible presentation. At something like E3, you don't want to risk terrible presentation. At a convention like this, the game doesn't speak for itself. The staff members that go to the convention represent the entire company.

What's with the sequal bashing? A lot of sequels come out great! Kingdom Hearts 2, Soul Calibar 2, God of War 2, Shadow of the Collossus, Killzone 2, Rachet & Clank, Jak 2, etc...

Sakyh @ blue & Fryderyk: What's with the sequal bashing? A lot of sequels come out great! Kingdom Hearts 2, Soul Calibar 2, God of War 2, Shadow of the Collossus, Killzone 2, Rachet & Clank, Jak 2, etc... I actually have no idea why I said that. MW2 looks freakin' awesome. Seriously, I can't recall any part of me that feels that way about this game. I must have split personalities or something.

Maybe it's the anticipation saying that I'm gonna wait for a so-called awesome game only to experience the horribleness of a sequel. but then again, Modern Warfare was one of the best game I've' ever played. I think my mind is at war with itself

CoD3, made by Treyarch, not so good. CoD4:MW, made by IW, great game, GOTY. CoD5:WaW, made by Treyarch, mixed responses, back to WWII not well liked. CoD:MW2, made by IW, back to modern weapons, situations, and timeline. Things look stacked in IW's favor...

It looks like from the cover of the game that you might play as a survivor when the warhead was set on in the capitol. You look around and you see torn buildings and the soldier looking like he had been mauled but of course you know if you get mauled by a dog you go back 1 checkpoint. You might play as the guy from CoD:4 (Srry, forgot his name exclaim )

Although the game takes place before Ico. Last Guardian is the last of the trilogy. Not sure where it chronologically takes place.
