 [Durissa]
The senkai gate opened on the other side, stepping out was Durissa as she started pulling the wounded bodies of Kazuma and Akuma. "Can someone help me?!" She called out as she looked around hoping to find someone that could aid them. "Please, someone help." She called out again. Her arm still bleeding she couldn't ignore the pain of Soma's attack. She started to feel weakened by the loss of blood, her eyes started feeling heavy, and her body slowly become limber.

 The senkai gate opened up and Soma and Shadow came out of it. Soma was able to move now. His shoulders were beaten bad but, if he would have stated his bankai would have helped him in that situation. Soma stood in the area seeing that Durissa was there. As she stood there and started to become weaker Soma braced his body to support hers. In an instant he was able to catch her. Soma then spoke out to Durissa, Akuma, and Kazuma who was knocked out.
"Im sorry Durissa and Akuma my attacks put you here. I was used by Kazei and the others. In the end I have to heal up and my last stand against them. Ill need help to do this."
Soma would hope that forgiveness was something they would give him being that he was really sorry for what he did. Soma wasn't going to take this attack easy his next step would be to heal and hope that the last of the captains would want to have a meet to try and figure out what they would do next.

(Holy s**t I thought you were going to attack me again. I was like what the fu@k! How much more could you do to the poor things?! lol)[Durissa]
Confused she hadn't fell to the ground she tried to open her eyes. Managing to slightly she saw before her the very man that enabled her and her comrades. She tried to fight back, she wanted to fight back, but her body didn't move. Hearing his words didn't make her feel any better, she still had so many questions. However they would have to wait, as Durissa exerted her last ounce of energy and she fell unconscious in the arms of Soma.

In a moments time Tsumuro had appeared using shunpo. He had felt the three familiar reiatsus that entered the seretei returning from karakura. If all had went well then he would have an idea about what had just happened. Not far from where Soma stood, Tsumuro stood smiling as he made his way towards the three who appeared.
"What is this? Did I just here you say you attacked your own fellow squad members Soma? This is treason, I should report this to Old Man Yata right this minute. In fact maybe I should go to the Central 46 council members."
In his hand was one of the last video recordings that he had against Soma. Picking it up, he hit the play button and showed it to them. The camera had shown Soma slaying fellow members of the squads and it had also showed Soma committing other terrible crimes during his visit. Including the attack on a human with a cross shaped scar along with the twelfth division captain, Oruga. The ironic part was that he spoke of Kazei, yet this man had never touched a single person in Karakura. Not even a hollow. As captain of the sixth division he only lead his attack that is until attacks started happening later.
"What's this? Another darkness attacks a human also along with Kazuma of your own squad. All these series of events are leading to your direction Soma. I'll have Central 46 look at this."
He smiled, letting him know that justice was to be carried out. No shinigami by law was allowed to attack a fellow member by any means necessary in the type of way Soma did. It was over for him and he would be put on trial immediately. He had already alerted some officials that he would be headed this way so everything would be set in place. If Durissa, Shadow, and Akuma had nothing to do with these attacks they would be fine.

Soma smiled as he looked at Tsumuro who had appeared. Yet even Soma could see through this and anyone with a right mind could see that the tape was messed with to place Soma in all area even though while these attacks were happening Soma had just ened his fight with the Arrancar. The fact that this tape was messed with only Shiori could give them the real tape.
"So your apart of this to I see. Well better favor to you when this is all over. No, matter what you think you and your buddies will see the end. I stand trail and you walk free ah yes, the law of Kazei I see. Out of all the people he was the one who had the most fear in his eyes. Yet I can see you will think it to be different though."
Soma smiled as he held Durissa in his arms. Fate had giving him the trail and Tsumuro and Kazei were to walk away yet this was only the beginning of everything. In the end the death would be of those who were really apart of it.

The fact that the tape had been messed with had been no lie by Tsumuro had been no lie. Indeed there were some theories, but none that Soma could prove at the moment. Tsumuro had no idea what Soma was talking about. Perhaps Soma had been too shaken and delusional from what he had just experience. The man was a little off his rocker and only shame and shock would consume him until his time of death by execution came.
"Part of what Soma? I have no idea what you're talking about. I stand here by shinigami law. You did attack a fellow shinigami captain did you not?"
He glanced at the woman Durissa who was unconscious at the moment. This woman needed serious help and Soma thought he could kill her right here and now without anyone noticing. Ah yes that was probably what he was thinking. But Tsumuro wouldn't allow that. He could never allow the harming of any of his fellow superior captains, lieutenants, or members for the matter by dirty criminals like Soma.
"No. Fear has led you to abandon the shinigami you left behind my friend. Please don't tell me you're here because of some small injury. Standing here and talking to me right now is proof that you needed no emergency bay to recover. It would be your excuse to bring Durissa here to kill her. She knows too munch of your plan and you can't have her leaking out your information. Don't worry Durissa, I won't allow him to kill you. This criminal here will stand trial no matter what the circumstances are."
Tsumuro said keeping his ground and watching him closely. He couldn't just allow Soma to do wrong by hurting and killing in cold blood. Everything was happening so fast, but if he had to he would protect the Soul Society until his last breath. He couldn't bear to see any people like Durissa hurt again by evil shinigami like Soma.

Soma just sighed as he moved Durissa to the bench that was closer to them. When Soma did this he layed her down and stood straight up and looked at Tsumuro who had tried to flip everything around and act as though he didnt know what was going on. Soma just laughed to himself as he walked towards the door to the of the 4th Division.
"Criminal you say. Your pathetic Tsumuro to even think that I had something to do with killing a Quincy and a fake human. Your suppose to be in the 14th Division but, I can see that your laziest and most likly the dumbest member of the 14th Division since you can't realize that at the time the quincy girl was killed and the fake human/ shinigami kidou Corps captain was stabbed. I had just finished fighting an Arrancar. There is time inbetween each attack and there is a time before I actually made my move without killing anyone. Like I said your the dumbest member who can't read between the lines and can't see through anything fake or cropped."
Soma said that as he disappeared using Shunpo.exit-

Tsumuro watched Soma closely as he spoke. As the man spoke he only dialed a quick message on his soul pager before slipping it back into his pocket. In case the man wanted to try something foolish, the authorities would already be on his trail. Like all criminals he would go to the most extreme of means to make it sound as if he were innocent. But it wouldn't work on Tsumuro and if Durissa was smart enough to realize her mistakes, she wouldn't fall for Soma's tricks either. When Soma began laughing and walking towards the door, he followed right behind the man keeping the right distance in case the man tried to make an escape as he spoke. And just as he had thought, the criminal did just that. The minute Soma used Shunpo, Tsumuro vanished through shunpo as well. exit-

Soma appeared on the roof of the building he wasn't running yet he knew that Tsumuro was going to follow him and try and make it seem as though he was a criminal. Soma just stood there looking at the whole 4th Division. Soma crossed his arms as he stood there and awaited Tsumuro to appear on the roof also. It was simple Soma could get away but, for what reason would he need to leave if he didn't kill anyone. The fact that Tsumuro came straight to the 4th Division when his real destination a couple of days ago was a place in the Soul Society itself. Which really was far away from the 4th Division. Soma stood there and closed his eyes as both Doragon and Hebi manifested around him. Doragon a huge black Dragon with red eyes and Hebi a huge snake with red eyes. They appeared because of there concern about the situation. Doragon spoke first as he looked down at Soma.
"You have truely gotten yourself into a whole world of mess. You feel for the trap that Kazei set for you like a puppy after a ball. He was suppose to be your friend but, it seems his intentions weren't to help you."
Hebi didn't say nothing at all because that how he was. He was more on Action than talking. Soma spoke out and said to both of them.
"Your right. Then again he had several people help him out in this so it wasn't easy to get around. I might have hurt Durissa and Akuma-Taicho but, they will understand why in due time. Im not worried about a trail or anything this was something that was going to come reguardless. They fixed the tape and now im the one who has to answer for the attacks on the human and the quincy. My attack on Durissa and Akuma-taicho were unseen reguardless of what kind of camera they had. Seeing through that darkness was something they couldn't do."
Doragon didn't say anything as he stayed in the area behind Soma. Hebi did the same as they watched the area. Many people would find it hard to believe that Soma and his spirits were on the roof of the building looking down at everyone.

Emergency Sector Rooftop
The two of them appeared on the roof at the same time being that they both used the speed of shunpo. Tsumuro wasn't surprised to see that Soma had released his zanpaktou. He was a criminal after all and releasing his zanpaktou without permission was also an offense added to his record. The fact that Tsumuro's real destination being the Soul Society was true. The 4th Division was within the Soul Society and apart of it as well. Everything was apart of it, even the gotei 14 headquarters. This was common sense among everyone. Even a toddler of the Rukongai held this knowledge.
"It's funny that you should contradict yourself Soma. You contradict yourself by saying no one could have seen through your darkness that you thought would block the cameras yet just before that you were saying you would take responsibility for it. Which one is it Criminal of the Seretei...."
He said glancing at the initial release form of Soma's zanpaktou. The wind began blowing greatly around the rooftops, causing Tsumro's hair to waver slightly. Even the winds knew an imminent storm was approaching. Things were about to get troublesome in the soul society. Still in all, Tsumuro would have everything under control. This criminal here was reaching the end of his road.

Anyone in there right mind and who had seen Soma's shikai would know that this wasn't it. Soma infact didn't have his zanpakuto out at all. His two spirits manifest similar to Renjin's zanpakuto Zabimaru manifested itself. This was far from Soma releasing his bankai. The fact that Soma said he would take his punishment was because he infact knew what he did. His crime wasn't Murder it was injury of a fellow shinigami and that was it. Doragon and Hebi both looked back at Tsumuro and their eyes locked on Tsumuro ready to kill him. As they were about to jump for Tsumuro, Soma stopped them by saying.
"Doragon, Hebi. There is no, need for this. He is only a small pawn in this game that Kazei has started there is no need for him be put in a bigger place. Plus why give him what he wants in the first place. He needs a reason to draw his zanpakuto to try and strike me down. We don't need to give him one."
Soma placed his hands in his pockets as he he turned his attention from Tsumuro and to the rest of the 4th Division. Soma didn't pay any attention to what Tsumuro was planning on doing his attack on Soma being that Soma didn't take out his zanpakuto or release his zanpakuto into his shikai stage he wasn't prepared to fight right now and didn't plan on fighting either.

 (I posted in the General Hospital first, Zeke, and people were healing you. So which of our posts takes dominance?)
Shadow had appeared with Soma, but had been too injured to be able to help in any way. Moonfire had begun healing on him immediately, but it wasn't enough. Others had begun working on him until he lost conciousness. However, a few minutes later he had awakened, Moonfire standing beside him. His Riatsu was low from too much movement and use of Shunpo, as well as the random explosions in level.
But moonfire stood there nonetheless, and smiled down at Shadow. "Shadow, what would you have me do?"
Shadow growled in pain, but spoke quietly. "I need you to heal me, Moonfire. I don't know how you did it before, but I need it done again."
Moonfire nodded, but frowned. "Shadow, if I do this, you will not be able to use Shikai for the next three days! Are you willing to accept that penalty for this quick healing?"
Shadow thought silently for a few minutes. What had happened after he had been attacked was a blur. At least until the fighting had begun with the other Captains. That was clear as a bell. But when he saw Soma being attacked, his memory became dim, so to speak. He couldn't remember what had happened after that. All he could recall was that Soma was being framed, and he had to help. So, headless of his wounds and blood, Shadow sat up, pulling his legs over the side of the bed. "Heal me, Moonfire. I'm willing to accept the loss for a while yet."
Moonfire nodded, and reached out to touch Shadow. Shadow's face began to crumple at her touch, and it spread throughout his entire body, untill it collapsed in on itself. But, moments later, Shadow formed out of what looked like sand, completely healed. He nodded at Moonfire, who reformed into her blade. Using Shunpo, Shadow lept up to the roof.
Appearing amongst the confusion, Shadow held out a hand to his right, signifying a "stop!" command. His blades were sheathed, but a flash of anger crossed his face before it regained it's emotionless expression. Staring at Tsumoro, he spoke. "Cease your attack upon my Captain, Sir! He is not the one you should be after! It should be the others, who I am sure are even now killing more Shinigami, as well as captain Oruga, in Karakura town!"

The fact was that Tsumuro hadn't witnessed Soma's shikai or bankai so he couldn't tell the difference. There were some shinigami who's techniques he hadn't been familiar with. With the appearance of Shadow, he only raised an eyebrow. This boy was a few easter eggs short of a basket. Tsumuro didn't show any reason or hint to attack someone injured and we would never attack a fellow shinigami.
"You must have me mistaken Shadow. I would never attack you. Nor do I have any reason to attack this criminal. Sheath your zanpaktou. Releasing it without permission will probably add offenses to your record and you will hold trial right along side of Soma. Be a smart man and sheath it. You're only making yourself look more suspicious. The manifestation of Soma's zanpaktou and the hostility of the spirits should have given you a hint of hostility before anything."
Tsumuro warned the man. He didn't want to see this poor guy go down with the likes of this criminal when trial came. Not to mention Shadow was exhausting his zanpaktou in vain being that there was no reason for such an act. The moment the man would release his zanpaktou here, the others would detect this. He had no reason to listen to Shadow's meaningless pleas to protect Soma. It was obvious that this shinigami was lying to get Soma out of the situation he was in.

Soma just sighed as he looked out at the 4th Division. Being that this shinigami was infact to crazy in the head to understand what was going it made his Captain look bad. Soma just watched them as he went in and out of the hospital area. Soma's facial expression was the same it didn't change. He knew that Tsumuro wanted to follow him and there were always ways to lose someone who intended on follow you but, Soma didn't have time to play games.
"What is it that you want Tsumuro. You want to see me put to death so your beloved Kazei can walk free."
Doragon and Hebi both disappeared from the sight of everyone. It was simple Tsumuro believed that Kazei had nothing to do with what went down. Yet it was the same as when Aizen went rogue againsnt the shinigami. If they didn't learn then they would be falling for the same thing all over again. It was a new game same setting.
"Really, Tsumuro if I killed someone like the tape shows would Shadow still be alive. Would you still be alive. Hell would anyone in this area still be alive. Think carefully about your answer, when you answer me."
