All patrons and members must be at least semi-literate to literate.

Respect all Taicho's and Fukutaichos from any squad that make themselves present.

Acknowledge all patrons that enter the facility with respect.

Members who request to achieve Shikai will need to train with the Fukutaicho or Taicho, whomever is available.

Fukutaicho who request to achieve Bankai will need to train with Taicho.

All patrons and members must check in periodically.
