Our House of Night will be set up just like they are in the books. Girls will have their own dormitory, and the guys will have their dormitory. Professors, and other school staff will have their own living areas. The main and biggest building is where the classes, dining hall, infirmary, and media center will be located. Our House of Night has a field house, and a stable. It is also surrounded by a wall, just like in the books. Also, it looks very castle like.
(I would not have gone into too much detail, but we have a couple people who have not read the books yet, and will need an idea of the set up.)

i still don't understand the reason behind seperating sexs at schools. that only stops some things from happening but it doesn't stop those who are interested in the same sex from doing anything to me so it seems rather stupid to me but i look at everything weirdly. wouldn't it seem logical to have the gay guys dorm with the ladies and the lesbians dorm with the men? or am i just being silly?

It's hard to say that I was wrong, it's hard to say I miss you.. That would be logical, if you were going by their sexual orientation. However, if we were to enforce that, there would be issues about discriminating against sexual orientations. So it is just easier to stick to having a girls dorm, and a boys dorm.
Also, a straight individual could lie, and say that he/she is gay just to live in the same dorm as the opposite sex. There would be no way to stop that from happening. Another point would be, what to do with the bisexuals?
Haha, that is a good question though. I hope I helped. Since you've been gone, it's not the same..

yay i see what you mean and i kinda understand it but that means that people who are gay can get their boyfriends or girlfriends depending on what gender they are into their rooms at night. that could make some interesting things happen

i will when we eventually get to the point of having multipule charecters in there. i may even make a partner for my charecter myself and just do it that way although that isn't as much fun at all

I think the main reason for separating sexes is just to prevent pregnancies. At least that was the way it was at my old school... Never stopped anyone though xd
