Ever thing: If only i had a little glass vial? Wish your children could get addicted young? Want to have a cheap way to mass market Repo? But on a tight budget?
Seems pretty easy: glow stick
Glow sticks can cost a fair amount though. And the stuff inside isn't vary good. And they are more stick shaped.
What about something more Vial like? Here is your solution:
Go to any floral store, get Plastic Water Tubes and Caps. You'll get a bunch! And they won't cost alot, unlike real glass vials.
Fill each one with water, leaving 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of air in the tube.
Either add food coloring (drop by drop, don't want it to dark) or take a blue marker (crayola works well) and insert the tip into the water. May have to repeat more then once to get the right color.
Tip the rube (don't shake) upside down and right side up. The water will not spill out of the hole in the cap. Repeat till it is mixed properly.
Remove cap, set Vial aside. Seal the hole with glue (the clearer it will dry the better, but Elmer's works) and then when it dries, glue cap to vial.
And Bam! You got yourself instant Zydrate. Yes, it doesn't Glow, but hay, its non toxic (great for kids!) and in room light, no one will notice. Make thousands and take them to the streets with little cards attached that promote Repo and pass them out! (planing on doing this at the upcoming A-Kon 20)
Yeah, i know, its kinda simple, but just throwing this out to anyone who might not have thought of it already. (Just made a vial of this at school) And now all my friends will learn about Repo!

neon food coloring works as well (and its cheap)and when a light is applied to it it does "glow" a bit.. its not hard to find .. it's even sold at wal-mart you can also get a higher grade blue glow stick (if you want a more "realistic" zydrate) still kinda cheap, crack the glass capsle inside, let the chemicals mix, cut it open and pour it into your "vial" .. it has a somewhat short lifespan tho (for some tasty zydrate : D) blue kool-aid (the cheapest), mountain dew voltage and or revaluation (lighter blue) work quite well and for glass vials (test tubes actually... thats whats used) you might find what your looking for hear (you can get like 500 Tubes for $20) Lake Charles Manufacturing~Lyn

The title of this made me think the "recipe" was going to be for a Zydrate drink (they seem to be extremely popular). XD
I really like this idea, though. Buying glowsticks gets expensive.

ooo, by accident i've discovered, a little elmer's glue will make the blue more of a neon blue color. It also makes it kinda Opaque, which can give it the appearance that it is glowing. I prefer the vial with glue as to the one without. Though, i need to experiment with the amount of glue. *will do that this weekend and post findings*
Dead - I'll look into the neon food coloring. thanks for that.

Zydrate comes in a little glass vial And the little glass vial goes into the gun like a battery...
My friend used blue Gatorade and some blue food coloring. The color came out awesome!! ...And the Zydrate gun goes somewhere against your anatomy And when the gun goes off it SPARKS and you're ready for surgery.

This sounds quite fun, and my mom actually already has some plastic vials in the basement. Perhaps I should make some and leave them at random places with a little link. Random Thingy: Hey look! someone made Zydrate!
