This is a private RP between Lucine, Sol and their foals, Soliel, Thea and Brioso. Unless you own one of the stated, please do not post here unless invited!
Thank you! Brioso ran home as fast as she could, as if her life depended on it - actually, to her, it does. Her parent's consent was needed for her to embark on a grand adventure to finally reach her dream of becoming the people's heroine; only this time, she won't ask for the title. She just wants to help, like a real hero should, without asking for anything in return.
She smiled to herself, the wind rushing past her face as she galloped, panting a little. She was out of the forest now and on the plains where her family had made their home. It was only herself, her two siblings and her parents, but it was a life she wanted to protect... That's why her parents have to say yes to her request.
She's a grown up now... She can take care of herself!
The filly frowned to herself, hoping her parents can see it her way. Her siblings too... She loves them all, her little family on the plains, but for the sake of her future, she has to leave for the mountains with Grencia. It would ultimately decide her fate, Brioso thought to herself, heaving a soft sigh.

"Hey! Come here, ya.. You.. You little pest!" Soliel barked out with a huff, sapphire eyes slit into a concentrated glare as he bolted after a small rodent, the kind unknown to him, his 'prey' just a blur of natural color as it scurried into the bushes nearby. The size of it mattered not.. He just wanted to catch it, whatever it was! Pfft. He was Soliel, he could take it on! The colt kept his eyes peeled on his prey, watching the brush it had gone into before grinning at the sight of a rustle. Ah hah! The beast was there still!
But.. w-wait! "Hey!" His steps came to a halt as the slight rustling just an instant ago stopped entirely, the colt knitting his brows and cocking his head at the sight. Where on earth had it gone? Without a word, he shoved his head into the shrubs, thrashing to and fro in frantic search of the rodent. With all of that, he'd probably squished it or smacked it into the grass. Soliel let out a snort and a cry of frustration, whipping his head back up and letting a groan come out. "Stupid thing! I ought to freakin' ki-" He stopped in mid-sentence, ears perking up and head flicking to look over in the direction of where his parents were supposed to be. That wasn't much of an appropriate thing for a foal to say, right? A quick, 'I'll squish you eventually..' was muttered underneath his breath with a sigh before he smirked and gave a stomp of a front hoof at the ground.
They'd better be afraid of him! He was a ferocious creature, rightly molded into a wild animal. Nature, the area they were in, everything that could be called wild: It was his.. Right? "I rule. I'm king." Soliel said simply, flashing a toothed grin and tipping his head up in a dignified manner. Wait.. There was something missing! His sisters. "Where 'r the girls?!"

{I guess I'll post again for now. ^^}
"Come on, come on, come on..." The filly muttered to herself as she galloped, panting softly as she willed herself not to stop. Her nose twitched, however, when a familiar scent drifted past, carried on a gentle breeze. Letting out a snort, Brioso broke into a grin as she changed directions, her hoofs digging into the Earth as she made a sharp turn. Rearing up a little due to the momentum, she rushed off again the moment her hoofs hit the ground.
"Brother," She cried out in a sing-song voice as she ran, her panting becoming more obvious due to her abrupt change in direction. Her eyes darted around, scanning the surroundings before she finally spotted the dark blue colt; her grinned widened and she found herself running at him in full speed, happy to see her sibling again.
"Brother!"

Thea was still well within ear-shot of her parents, quite unlike her siblings who seemed to have wandered to places even she did not know where they might be. She was not a cowardly foal, far from it, she just prefered to watch things for a moment before diving into them. Quietly she threaded her way around the hills, watching the clouds drift by, ears flicking back at the sound of a buzzing insect. She knew she'd find them eventually and she wondered what they might have found. It wasn't long before she heard them, but couldn't see them. She quickly galloped up one of the near by hills, and spotted her two siblings who had also apparently just found eachother.
She trotted down the hill, slipping on the soft spring grass that was still only half grown in and rather muddy. "Sol! Bri!" She half-shouted, since they weren't that far away. She then cantered towards them, not in as big a hurry as her sister.

As Brioso slowed to a stop beside her brother, she gave him a playful nuzzle before catching her breath. It was then her ears heard her name being called by an all too familiar voice; that of her sister's. Although she was still panting, the filly lifted her head, looking up and around. Her eyes eventually stopped on an approaching foal, and she broke into a wide grin, tossing her head before returning the call, "Thea!"
It was wonderful, the filly thought as she trotted a little towards Thea's direction, half-expecting her parents to be nearby. However, when it became obvious that Thea probably came alone, she looked disappointed for a moment before cheering up again; after all, this could be the last time she can play with her siblings before leaving and not seeing them again for quite some time, and she should make the best of it!

"Eh?" Giving a blink of his eyes and turning his head about at the unexpected answer to his question, Soliel couldn't help but merrily let a grin come over his muzzle at the too familiar tone in the voice that had called out. He'd found one of his sisters~ "Brioso, where are you at?" He cried out with a quirked brow, planting his hind hooves down into the dirt as he raised his upper body into the air to get a better view over the brush. Holding in the urge to let out a batch of giggles and chuckles from the ivory colored feather tickling at the backs of his hind legs, he quickly scanned the area before catching sight of the dark colored filly moving towards him. "There's that girl!" The colt muttered to himself as he let himself fall back to the ground with a soft 'thud', eying her with a smile as she made her proper appearance to him. "Ah, sis'. Hey!" Sol' muttered out in a bit of a jumbled mess at the nuzzle from his sister, reaching over and giving a light n** at one of her ears in return.
"Eh? Thea too?" At the mention of their sibling, Soliel's ears perked up, his interest caught as he spotted his other sister. Watching as Thea made her way over, Sol's eyes widened slightly in fear as she slipped on the grass, almost rushing over to her with his usual 'Protect the Girls!' instinct ringing in his ears. Relief was brought when his sister had continued towards them normally, no damage done, causing the colt to let out a sigh and a light blush at the silliness of what his actions might have looked like. Rushing over and nearly running his sister over as he himself slipped on the mud and spring grass? 'Pff. Yeah, that would have been the way to go, big brother..' He thought to himself as his look of fear turned into a lighthearted smirk. "Hello to you too, sis'." Soliel greeted as Thea came over, taking a few steps over before giving a friendly tug at her ear with a chuckle. "Careful now! Brother doesn't want to loose his only sisters." He smiled happily, glad for the unexpected meeting with his siblings. The time they had together was going to be filled with some fun, alright. He would make sure of it!

"Careful? You're telling me to be careful?" She asked asked as she reached forward so she could nibble on one of his ears. "I am the careful one. You're the one scaring mom half to death almost all the time." She said with a playful n** on his neck, remembering the multiple times that he had made their mother tell him to stop what-ever he was doing, lest he break his neck. "Now, where shall we go?" She asked, since it wasn't all that often that they went on adventures together, as she didn't always feel like exploring the dark and stinky caves, that they might like to do.

Brioso smiled brightly as she gave her sister an affectionate nuzzle, one comparatively much gentler than the one she gave to her brother a moment ago. Then, she chuckled at Thea's words, raising an eyebrow at her brother as she snorted, "Thea's right there, Sol! Its quite ironic for you to be telling others to 'be careful', when you're the one who needs to watch out most of the time!"
Brioso smiled, looking at Soliel before turning to look at Thea, "Actually, I came back to tell mum and dad something important." She nodded, more to herself than to her siblings, before she turned around to look at the direction she came from; from where they were, the vast forest just looks like a green line on the horizon.
"However, since I saw you first, I thought it might be fitting to tell you two before I tell mum and dad," Her tone became serious, and there was a determined look on her face as she tosses her head, "I met a stallion when I was out running this morning. He has wings, a glow and heat radiating from his body... However, the most amazing thing was that he taught me what being a hero really means!"
The filly's eyes twinkled with excitement, "I had asked to study under him, and I'm returning with him to his herd, up in the mountains to the East." She paused, giving a sad smile, "However, this means that I'll have to leave for a while and live somewhere far away from you two and mum and dad... But its my dream to become a heroine! I have to go! You guys know that, right?"
Brioso looked at her siblings pleadingly; their consent will allow her to leave without worries...

"Why yes, I'm tellin' you to be careful! You're always doing that.. that stuff... that girls do." Soleil answered with a feigned scoff, his sentence literally put together at that moment, giving a look of shock before flashing a toothed grin at the two of his sisters. "I'm a guy. What am I supposed to do, go my entire life without anything breaking? Females are crazy." With the nibble at his ear from Thea, he gave a few light taps at the ground with a front hoof, letting out a less than manly laugh at the ticklish spot. What were the three of them going to do that da- Oh? Recomposing himself and smiling at Brioso and Thea, his attention was caught by what their heroine-in-training sister said, especially with it including their parents. How could he not ignore something with the word 'important' in it?
"A stallion? With wings?" Woah! If Sol' himself had a pair of wings, those stunts and sometimes idiotic tricks of his would be a lot more fun. Too bad he didn't.. Ah well. With or without 'em, the day when he finally snapped a bone or two was inevitably in the future~ And and and an-.. wait a minute. Wait. Bri' was leaving? Sure, they'd all talked about going off on adventures away from home, like any colt or filly would, but.. she was actually going? Soleil's ears flicked down into his messied little mane as he took this announcement in. He'd never thought about having a sister around and not the both of them. "Ya have to?" He questioned with an upset frown, stopping himself from continuing as she realized how badly Brioso wanted this. Dang'it, dang'it, dang'it! This was so troubling..
He took in a breath, exhaling slowly before speaking again. "..No. Forget I said that. That was stupid of me." Sol' declared with a slight chuckle, giving a weighed down smile at his sisters before turning to Brioso. "I'll sure miss you, but.. You should go. It'll be an adventure!" Giving a small sigh as he glanced at Thea, then looked back at Bri', perking up slightly as he came to realize something. "You're not leavin' forever. So it's totally fine with me."

The filly raised an eyebrow at her brother before playfully rolling her eyes, giving him a gentle nudge with her nuzzle. Boys. They think they know everything... Brothers, especially, are the prime examples of this. Giving a chuckle, she retorted, "Well, I think females have the right to break things once in a while too, Sol! Well, not that it'll be nice to break anything... Males are crazy to expect to break something!"
She paused at her brother's exclamation, giving a nod without hesitating, "Yes! Wings! Its the first time I've ever seen one with wings... They're feathery, like a bird's but much larger and on both sides of their bodies!" To illustrate it, Brioso turned her head, nodding to gesture towards where the wings on her mentor were.
"Of course it won't be forever!" Brioso then grinned, letting out a breath she didn't realize she was holding; she was so afraid that he was going to act the part of a protective brother and say no. Giving him a shove using her body weight, she posed in what she thought was the most heroine-like pose possible, and continued, "I wouldn't stay away even if... Uh, I was offered a whole field of fresh clovers to munch on!"
Her mouth watered slightly at the thought, but tried not to show it on her face. Instead, she turned towards Thea with a hopeful look.

Thea only stared at Brioso when she made her comment about girls having the right to break things like boys, she most certainly had no intention of breaking things like her brother (and apparently her sister) did.
"I think I've seen one of them flying over the treetops once, at least I think I did. It was far bigger than any bird I know of. Are they nice?" She asked, with just the tiniest glance up at the sky, hoping one might happen to fly overhead then.
"Well it better not be. You have to come back soon, so I don't get stuck going with Sol' on his grand adventures. I know there is no stopping you. But you have to teach me some cool heroine stuff when you get back, maybe I'll go on adventures once I know what to do on them." She said smiling back at Brioso.

"Well, the one I met was nice!" She nodded in reply to Thea's question, flicking her tail happily at the thought; she had always wanted to impress her siblings, and this seems like a really good chance to do so! Smiling, she paused for a moment before speaking again, "Master Grencia is the first winged Soquili I've ever seen up close... He's larger than dad is! But yes, he is very nice! He did scold me, but that's only because I mis-misinter-misinterpreted the meaning of being a hero."
She blushed; tripping over her words is not normal for her, but a great sadness suddenly swelled up inside of her. Although its true that her brother can be overbearing, and her sister can be a nag sometimes, but she loves them and not seeing them for... For such a long time made her a little uneasy. However, seeing them happy for her made this uneasiness more bearable.
"When I come home, we'll all be grown-ups!" She pushed the negative thoughts to the back of her head and nodded, "I'm sure we can go on adventures together... Until then, since I'm not around, the two of you will have to take care of mum and dad!"

"Wow, really?.. And you've seen one too, Thea? Man, I hope I get to see a winged Soquili someday!" Soleil said after the two girl's words. At the sight of Brioso's little demonstration of wing placement, he gave a flick of his tail and a smile, secretly envious of his sisters. "Oh?" He muttered as he glanced over at Thea, turning his attention to the sky above when she looked up. Had there really been another winged horse around he- The colt then gave an 'Oof!' as he was purposely bumped by his other sister, catching himself by digging his hooves into the ground. Flicking his ears back with a false look of anger, he let out a huff before grinning at her. Nah, he couldn't be angry right now, it would ruin everything!
"And what do ya mean, not wantin' to take an offer like that? Clovers are delicious!" Soleil burst out suddenly, blinking his dark blue eyes and looking over at Brioso, a look of utter confusion upon his face. "I'd go and eat as much as I could then snag a bunch and bring 'em back for everyone. Disobey the Soquili that told ya to, 's what I think." He added on with a tilt of the head and a cheeky grin, the idea of praise from the family seeming like a far better prize than being able to eat an entire field of clovers. One Soquili couldn't possibly eat all of them.. could they? That, and listening to someone other than their parents seemed.. meh.
At mention of his adventures, he gave a light snort, displeased with the enthusiasm Thea didn't show towards them. "My adventures could be quite as good, thank ya very much! We do.. things! And stuff. And.." He trailed off, brows knitting as he tried to think of some more words to add to it.... Nah. "Yeah." Soleil then looked back over to Brioso, cocking his head yet again. "You'll be away for that long? But.. That... That's like forever! Or close enough, yeah?" He gave what was the start of a slowly growing pout, but before finishing it, turned it back into a small smile. "Alright, we can watch 'em. Right, Thea?"

"Well I think I saw one. But I'd like to see one up close. Though I really want to meet a flutter, to see if they really can make themselves the size of actual butterflies." She said, wondering if there really could be Soquili that small and thinking that she wouldn't want to be that small, lest she get stepped on by accident.
"Your adventures are certainly interesting, and we do things that sometimes end up not very fun. Like getting stuck in an ants' nest, though at least they weren't the biting kind." She said, though she would not admit that if she had been watching where she was stepping, instead of watching a butterfly for signs of a mane and tail, she would have seen the ant hill.
It was indeed a very long time in her mind as well, almost forever for one that was only a few months old. "Of course we'll take care of them. When we're not playing games or something." Not quite knowing what they would do to pass the time, and hoping he could think of some nice adventures.

"Of course, Thea!" She nodded quickly, before giving a cheeky grin, throwing her brother a quick glance before turning her attention back on her sister, "Oh~ It'll be tough on you, but do take care of Soleil! Make sure he doesn't break anything, especially himself! You know how trouble seems to love him!" She giggled, sticking her tongue out at the colt.
"I'm sure you will see one soon," The filly nodded at her brother, her tone of voice becoming more serious; knowing him, he'll get into all sorts of adventures... And trouble. Raising an eye brow, she chuckled, tossing her mane with a soft snort, "I would decline that offer because you, Thea, mother and father are more important than a whole field of clovers! I can always find clovers elsewhere, but I can never find another brother or sister like the two of you!" She grinned as she finished her sentence, giving each of her siblings a gentle nuzzle on their shoulder.
"It will be long, but I think it'll be worth it!" Brioso forced a smile, her heart wrenching at Soleil's comment, "Plus I feel comforted knowing that mother and father will still have the two of you!"
