His mod soul is a very gentlemanly guy, he takes chivalry to far, and will openly sacrifice the body he is entrusted with to save a pretty face.
~Background~
He grew up in Tokyo, where he first found out that he was different. That day was 2 years ago when a hollow attacked him. He shot a black blast from his hand and destroyed it. Then the voice started, whenever he lost focus, or got angry, he would hear it tearing at him. He managed to conceal it through training and discipline for almost 10 years, then a fight. 4 on one, he was the one. He fought to defend a girl from four Yakuza. He was losing, then he let go, Stark doesn’t remember it, what he remembers is the blood he was covered in when it was done. He left to flee the coming Yakuza threat and to protect his family. He is now staying in his cousin Alicia’s apartment. Hoping that his problems will leave him be.
He doesn't remember it, there is no way he could. Before he was born a wounded Vasto Lorde came to his mother. He was hurt so badly that his body was breaking down. The Hollow's plan was to hide in the woman, he did not know that she was pregnant. When he jumped into her body he ended up in Stark, the captain pursuing the hollow wounded himself could not bring himself to kill the unborn child and the beast. He put a seal on the boy’s body which would break many years later.
Recently in a fight with massive amounts of Gillian he erupted and went to his full power. Unable to reseal the demon he unbleached his Shinigami powers and fought it into submission.

Physical Appearance: He is well toned, which he prefers over being a muscle heard
Shinigami Appearance: His Shinigami appearance is that of a normal soul reaper the only difference is that his hat turns black and in the middle of the wings is a Shinigami symbol skull. There is one final difference, he has an intricate seal over his entire body. It starts with a black crescent moon on his forehead, off of it is an intricate spiral of roses and vines. They cover every line of his body. Weaving around his arms into his hands with a rose in each. Down his back and his chest and along his legs onto his feet.
Power
When he focus’ he can fire blasts of his Riatsu, at max they area 50% of what a cero can do. However his powers have an escalation effect. As he gives into the hollow more of it will show and the more his power will grow. First his eyes will change, and his skin will become pale. The next thing is the mask, once formed he is at the full C rank power leading into B rank. Then bone will sprout on his fists, and will explode through his shoes. He will be solidly in B rank at this point, his blast’s nearing Cero power. Finally wings will sprout from his back made of bone. At this point he moves into A rank, and at this point it will be nearly impossible to come back.
His power comes from the hollow trapped inside his body, he does have his own dormant Shinigami powers but the hollow keeps the suppressed though they will start showing.
When he forced out his Shinigami powers he forced his hollow powers completely dormant. He cannot willingly use them, and he has to be on the brink of death for the hollow to gain control.

~Techniques~
Lt level shunpo
Shikai Powers:
“Lend me your guns Houshu.”
At the call his sword will split in two and glow; transforming into a pair of guns displayed in the Shikai Appearance. A pair of belts with holsters on both legs and thigh straps will form on him. The belts will hold his soul bullets, each has a different power and he only has 2 of each. One thing people will notice about the revolvers is that the wheels don’t spin, unless he cocks the handle. This is so that he can load special rounds and not fire them. The regular bullets are created in the chamber and don’t need the wheel to turn.
By standard the guns fire compressed spiritual energy, in the human world he has to use his own Riatsu. In soul society he can use the particles in the air like a Quincy. The guns each have a blade along the lower section of the gun for close quarters combat, but the pistol grip makes it very awkward to fight with, though it is possible.
~Black Bullet~
His black soul bullet is a dimensional attack, it will disappear when fired and appear behind the enemy roughly 5 feet away moving at bullet speed. Its aim will be a diagonal downward strike at the heart. If dodged it will repeat the attack 3 more times for a total of 4 teleportation’s. The downside of this technique is that it finds its target based off Starks mental aim. What he wants most, and what he is thinking about which; is not always his target.
~Blue Bullet~
His blue soul bullet is a canceller, when the bullet connects with Riatsu it absorbs it, all of it. The size of the attack is irrelevant, it will absorb anything. The negative of this attack is that once fired the gun will be destabilized for a few seconds (1 of my posts) once it absorbs the energy it will simply fall to the ground with a huge amount of weight. If hit with a powerful enough attack after this it can be made to detonate with the force of all its captured Riatsu.
~Red Bullet~
It is an explosive, a big explosive. It will detonate with the force of a 1000 lbs bomb ((note they are like a click away)) the explosion will not only annihilate the target but it will cause a pressure in the air enough to kill anything B rank and down in the immediate area. The downside to this attack is that it will hurt him too, and if it misses the collateral damage will be huge. Note: If he fires two of these from the same gun simultaneously the gun will break and vanish until he reenters his Shikai. He can fire them from both guns at the same time for double the effect, if that happens his target is going to be dead unless they are Vasto Lorde or Arrancar.
~Purple Bullet~
His purple soul bullet is healing, if he hits himself or someone else with it, it will clot any open wounds, and will begin to heal the skin over. The wounds will clot instantly but the skin will take a while to reform, it will regenerate limbs over a long period of time. The downside is that if used in combat the regeneration process will be severally hindered as the movement of combat would likely repeatedly reopen the wounds.
~Yellow Bullet~
A capture round, when it connects it won’t pierce instead it will paralyze, completely for 30 seconds (3 posts) the bullet moves extremely fast. About 3 times as fast as the other bullets. The down side is that the bullet stay connected to the barrel of the gun while it’s active regardless of whether it hits the right target or not. This prevents the use of said gun.
~White Bullet~
It is a splitter round, when fired it will split into 5 rounds (think shot gun). Each small round is the explosive equivalent of a 100 lbs bomb. ((That’s Each )) If all of them hit it will kill anything Gillian and bellow. The attack has almost no pressure in the area around the strike though so it is safer to use at close range. The negative to this attack is the inaccuracy of the individual pellets they fire off fairly randomly like a shot gun.
~Targets~
Is a training technique that Houshu taught him, he just summons bulls eye targets that record score and display the score in floating black numbers above his head. The targets float and can move at random but he will not control them. That is on his spirit he manipulates the targets.
~Bankai~
“Punish the wicked Houshu”
His Bankai is very unique, he will start by holstering both his pistols. Wind will swirl and tear around him with his Riatsu. When it clears he will be wearing the same outfit his Spirit wears, he will still have his hat on though if he was wearing it. The only other difference will be the giant cross wrapped in old cloth on his back. All of his bullets will have reappeared even if he used every one. And he will have an extra 2 of each on a new belt that splits the distance of the cross belts. Though the enemy won’t be able to see this under his new coat.
~The Gears Effects~
His Bankai is more or less meant to augment his Shikai. The gear doing most of the augmenting.
The glasses that his spirit wears will greatly enhance his accuracy, by telling him where the target is like a small read out screen. They will also show how many hits the target has taken and his vitals after a few seconds. (on my first combat post I will know all of this)
The coat is Riatsu Resistant, it doesn’t make him invulnerable but it will stop most low power Quincy arrows as well as Bala and weak cero.
The boats give him a boost of speed it’s about half of what Ichigo’s change is from regular to Bankai.
~Punisher~
Is the name of the cross, its bottom piece conceals a machine gun that fires spirit bullets at an insane rate. It cannot fire the special shells. The left and right pieces both conceal missiles, there are 6 in each side, and they have the same colors and effects of the special shells just on an x4 scale. The top conceals a missile, this one is special it dose the damage of an atomic blast. ((Oh ya that hurts)) He can only use it once and even if he misses the shock wave will likely kill everything near it which is why it is a distance attack. It will home on the target to a point, but it will not be able to completely follow. He can control the detonation so if he fells its close enough he will blow it.

Zanpakuto: when sealed its has the red hilt you can almost see, the hilt is 12 inches and the blade is 5'. It is a great katana.

She is actively seeking power but she refuses to accept anyone’s help in getting there. Honestly she’s been attracting tshe horde required to become a Gillian and she will become an Adjuchas easily but she doesn’t want that to happen. So she is trying to find his own way to transgress to some kind of new level.

Disguise: While in the human world she will alter her sword sapperance to that of a bracelet, a trick not easily done. She wears wooden sandals, a black thigh length skirt, with shorts underneath, and a white short sleeve cut off, she will usually wear a black mobster hat for no good reason and a black form fitting long coat. The mask transgresses to her false body which is why she is the only one that can hide in plain site being that it looks like interesting glasses.
History:
She was born in America and died whilst trying to get food for his family, she was killed by a vendor who didn’t want to let him steel enough food to feed his mom and brother. It drove him to anger and hatred as a wandering soul and she degraded into a hollow. In the 100 years since she has become at peace with his death, she is actually a fairly good soul which is why she doesn’t attack humans but other hollows.

~Resurrection~
Her resurrection is quite unique, the mask will form a helmet on her head and mask will form around her mouth, the same bone like material will form over her hands and stretch up the outside of her arms connecting at her shoulders and making a collar. Her release gives her the power to completely manipulate fire, so long as she has reishi, oxygen isn't an issue, though in the human world this becomes a problem.

Past Divisions: He started with the 10th but found that he liked battle and went to the 11th, then he moved again to become Lt of 1st division after the previous one passed.
History: As a human he fought for money, the money went to the orphanage his parents ran, he became strong and soon was targeted by a hollow. He killed it finding his power to summon Lightning, he was then targeted over and over again until he met his end to an Adjuchas, he managed to fatally wound the beast with his last breath using an attack he didn’t know that he could. When he arrived at soul society they ushered him to the academy, he passed the academy in under a year a feat that has never been matched. He then began moving through the divisions finding that his powers of Shikai matched that of his as a human, and finding that his Bankai was quite unique.
~Techniques~
Ocular Augmentation
While in the 12th division he volunteered for an experiment, they wanted to see if they could enhance the eyes, well they succeeded. He can see about 3 times faster than a normal human when he activates his eyes, as well as being able to zoom in and out on his vision allowing him to accurately target his enemies from miles away.. However using this power is progressively leading him to blindness which is already starting, it’s faint just affecting him at great distance but it’s getting worse.
Bakudou #1 - Sai ("Obstruction") This spell is used to paralyze the target. Rukia uses this on Ichigo upon their first meeting.
Bakudou #9 - Geki ("Conquer") Surrounds the target in a red light that restricts movement.
Incantation: Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat.
Bakudou #58 - Kakushitsuijaku ("Call forth the tracing sparrow") Traces the location of a target soul.
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, fingertip of the west, heel of the east, gather by wind, and scatter by rain.
Bakudou #61 - Rikujoukourou ("Six staves of binding light") Movement of the opponent is bound by six bands of light.
Bakudou #75 - Gochuutekkan ("Five pillar iron brace") An iron chain is fastened, then five pillars seal the target's whole body.

Bakudou #99 - Youjutsu no Kakuheki (Art of the Black walls) Summons black walls of riatsu around the target, it can either be double or single sided. Either way it will require SS rank attack or the user to break it. This can be used as a prison or as a shield giving it a double effect.

Hadou #4 - Byakurai ("White lightning") Fires a bolt of lightning from the caster's finger.

Hadou #63 - Raikouhou ("Roaring Thunder Burn") Calls forth a wave of thunder that seeks the target.
Incantation: Bone of a straggling beast, spire, crimson crystal, disc of steel, when the wind shifts, and the emptiness ceases, let the clash of lances resonate through the relinquished castle.
Hadou #90 - Kurohitsugi ("Black Coffin") Summons a black coffin, which surrounds, then severely damages the target.
Incantation: Gods of darkness and death I call you here. A sacrifice I give you, in return I beg of you show him PAIN!
Hadou #91 - Terekineshisu (Telekinesis) Uses the casters riatsu to reach out and grab an object or hit something. It can be a fairly crushing blow from a captain. Max Range is 10m.
Incantation: "Soul, the element that guides us and keeps us strong I call you to my hand."
Hadou #98 - Youjutsu no Shuurai (Black Lightning) Its fires a blast of black lightning from the users finger tips. If it hits it will be lethal to anyone under S rank. The attack has a second effect though, if the user dose not have a perfect aim in his mind he will lose control of it and it will split attacking everyone. This attack is so deadly for a good reason, its simply because almost no one can do it without killing themselves and everyone around.
Incantation: God of death I call thee, element of lightning I call thee, here me now oh immortals of heaven. I call bid you bare witness to deaths unrelenting power!"
Shunpo
A high level shinigami art that allows the user/shinigami to "warp" one's self (entire body) to another place. It requires long training and to be quite powerful to use easily.
Enhanced Shunpo
He has mastered Shunpo past that what Yourochi was capable of, no one can match his speed when he puts his power into it.
Silent Spells
He can cast a spell at 25% power with no incantation and no name.

"Grant me your power Ichico"
His sword will shift to its altered form and too those who don't know him will think his sword just changed appearance. His power is far more subtle. There was a good reason that he was the only shinigami to ever chose the 11th division with a Kido based Zanpakutou. Its because Ichiko's power is to enhance his Kido. At Shikai each spell will be increased by 50% power. It dose this by enhancing his riatsu making it stronger, it also makes his mind sharper allowing him more time to think through his plan of attack. (this effects Shunpo)
Bankai:
His bankai doesn't change anything about himself, it calls his spirit to the battlefield with him. He will cast spells at 200% power, and she will cast spells never heard of with ridiculous effects. She has a limit though, her powers are very costly on him, being that his riatsu manifests her body and every spell she uses. This is one of the reasons why he has never summoned her.
When using his hollow powers it will summon the hollow version of himself, the hollow version is as strong as he is with the Vizard mask on and bankai. Physically he is identical just opposite in color he can not use the normal spells for Shiro's bankai, but they both get the bonuses so its like making a fight two on one when using it.
Incantation: "Ichico, hear me. I call you from time and space, travel here on sweet winds of grace. Come to me I need you in the here and now!"
~Vizard Mask~
Vizard Mask:
Inner Hollow: Shiro's inner hollow is an inverse version of himself. He is a sick and twisted creature who lusts after the spirit of their Zanpakutou. He has no respect for honor in a fight, and no mind when it comes to tactics.
Hollow Powers:
At current the only thing the hollow dose for him is make him a s**t ton stronger and faster.

Personality: She has no problem sticking up for herself, and she is a little overly cocky.
~Background~She died during a raid on her village in southern japan when she was a little girl. She died trying to kill a raider attacking her baby brother. She spent the next 30 years watching over her little brother before a shinigami found her, she refused to go to soul society choosing to watch over her brother. However she will always regret not going, because she drew a hollow to the house that he lived in with his family. He was able to detect sprit presence and this was enough for the hollow who attacked him while she watched in despair until a Shinigami killed it and sent her sobbingly to soul society. She spent about 200 years searching for her brother as her spiritual energy developed inside her. The Shinigmai took notice after she slaughtered a gang of thugs bare handed in the Rukongai she killed them because they were stealing from children. She was taken to the academy and learned quickly though she has little to no talent in Kido she was a great warrior, her swordsmanship was excellent and her hand to hand couldn't be beaten so when she graduated it was obvious where to place her. She took a seated spot unlocking her Shikai in only a few months with the 11th division, she has been training towards bankai ever since and is starting to get close, but she is having trouble besting her spirit in hand to hand combat. SealedIts a very standard katana in its sealed state the blade is 4' long and the hilt is 6" long. ShikaiHer shikai allows her a bonus in strength (x3) and she can focus her riatsu into devastating hay makers, and super kicks. This also makes her faster, but not with shunpo as it only applies to her muscles and not her Riatsu. Her Shikai is also unique in that she doesn't generate a huge Riatsu around her self, instead it folds in and is captured inside her. She has no weapon in her released state so blocking is dangerous, however she can create guards on her arms of riatsu that will block most shikai and some bankai. She can also manipulate her riatsu into shields in front of her to block Kido with. But the shields have to be kept small if they are to block anything significant. ~Shikai Techs~Taihou - CannonBest described as an attempt at Cero she will charge her riatsu into her hands and then fire the blue blast at her target. It is roughly the same strength as Ichigo's Getsuga Tensho but dose impact damage and not cutting damage.
Kenshi - Wolf Fang
This is her Shikai's master attack, she will charge all her riatsu into one of her hangs and condense it until its a small ball in her hand. There will be sparks of pure spiritual energy spraying off of the orb. She will then thrust the orb into her enemy, this attack is very difficult without the enemy being first bound, or otherwise unable to counter as it is a thrust attack. She can at anytime change this attack to a Taihou attack

Personality: She is a kind motherly woman much like Unohana but she has a dark side and she can't always control it.

History:
~Human~
As a human she was named after the fabled monster Medusa who was one of 3 sisters. Her 2 sisters took the other names, and they all discovered they had different gifts. She found that she could make men unable to move with a glance, and that if she put effort into it she could make it permanent. She and her sisters were not entirely evil just self serving, they stole and took things and some people who pleased them, and in the end were killed by a Quincy warrior for being selfish monsters. Medusa's sisters turned to hollows, but she did not like the idea of becoming something so ugly so she moved on, and went to soul society. She actually thought she would end up in hell, but she got lucky apparently she wasn't that evil
~Shinigami~
She served for a long time, she had been saved by aizen when she was young and she trusted him a lot. So when he wanted her in his squad she was honored. However when she found that her zanapkutou shut down nerves she took a transfer to the 4th division to help injured shinigmai. Later she was transferred to the 12th division to begin research on a new weapon. The plan was to stun arrancar and shut their brains down. No way to defend, but it didn't work so she was transferred back to the 4th division as captain. She existed in this job for some time before she left, which she did because she hated the way yata ran things. She found him to stuck up, and she found that he kept to principle too much. She was thought to have died in a huge lab accident while she was searching for a cure to hollowification. There was an explosion and the lab she was working in was destroyed. However she had rigged the chemicals to blow though no one would ever be able to figure that out. The explosion was large enough to take out half the old hospital which was vacant by her orders while undergoing repairs and was completely convincing when her body didn't turn up. Unfortunately she had figured out how to cure hollowification, but at the same time ended up causing it to herself. She decided not to take her cure being that she had never been able to test it on anything but a hollow where teh result returned them to a plus.
~Vizard~
She became a Vizard after leaving soul society, and she managed it in secret so that no one would know. In other words she has never publicly released her mask. And being that their is no difference in a Shinigami's riatsu with out the mask on, no one can tell.

De-Hollowfication
Its simple its a mix of chemicals which will completely rewrite a persons riatsu on the base level. In other words their soul. The end result is a reversing of what you are. A hollow will become a plus, though it has never been tested on a shinigami, or a Vizard so she has no idea what the end result could be.
~Zanpakuto~
Sealed
Her sword is short when sealed, the blade reaching 3' with only 5.5" on the hilt, it has a circular guard on it and the sheath and hilt are both black. The blade is completely straight.
Athena
Athena is a wise kind woman, who can fight like none other. Medusa often wonders why Athena didn't gift her the use of the spear which Athena uses during their sparing matches. Athena always answers the same, "Because you are not suited to be covered in another persons blood." Athena is a warrior goddess with so much knowledge its impossible to learn it all, and that's what makes her perfect for Medusa.
Shikai
"Show them the truth Athena"
The sword will glow so bright its hard too look at before it forms small gloves on Medusa's hands. These gloves are made of black leather but regardless they can not be cut. They have blue jewels over each knuckle and on the palm, but regardless of wear they touch you you will stop felling in that area. This is done by shutting off the nerves in that spot completely, they will work again after some time, but while under the effect the area and any extremity connected to the nerve cluster will be numb. The gloves have the added effect of transferring this power to her Kido that are hand fired. The gloves achieve the effect via a small burst of her riatsu going straight into the nerve its non elemental so it cant be countered easily. The best way is to just not get hit.
Bankai
Her Bankai is utterly terrifying, the gloves will remain on her hands and a single touch will now numb half the body. However that is not all, her riatsu is now capable of carrying the numbness around her, Athena also gave her a technique to pollute the air with her Riatsu during Bankai.
Kitai no Mukankaku - Fog of Numbing
A blue fog will settle in the air, the particles of blue riatsu becoming visible and gaseous. At first glance it would seem that one has to inhale the air to get the numbing effect but it just has to make a consistent contact with a persons skin. It takes 2 minutes to completely paralyze a person in numbness. ((12 posts)) The area covered is huge, so there is no way even for long range fighters to accurately engage her with out being caught. Wind users can not move the mist away as its not actually gas, its made of pure Riatsu turned into a sort of half matter. A quickly can completely absorb the mist at the cost of their felling, and she will have to re create the mist. It takes 20 seconds for the mist to completely spreed. (2 posts)
Mukankaku no Yari - Numb Spear
The word spear only refers to the fact that its a weapon and its the weapon she likes the most. Its basically a weapon made of the the same blue fog used in the previous technique. Only far more condensed, she must first summon the fog in order to create the weapon. And she can revert it at anytime. She can also make multiple weapons, with one weapon a single stab will numb a persons entire body. With 2 its half the body per cut, etc. The weapon is dense enough to be used actively in close quarters combat as it will stop a blade, but it doesn't leave full cuts instead when she pierces an enemy she pushes the riatsu into them which is how the effect takes hold on their body.
Vizard Mask: A plain white mask with blue lines moving from above both eyes down and around them and then down the sides of her cheeks. Her mask also bares a symbol of 3 intertwined snakes on her forehead.
Inner Hollow
Hollow Powers: Cero, Bala, and Sonido
Hollow Control: Her hollow can only take control when she lets it, she has dominated it but in times of extreme emotion she can lose control of it.
