What do you mean by "Speech?"
Its a school activity were you either (Depending on your catagory) can pick a script or write one your self. Its a lot of fun.
I was in creative expression so I got to make my own. Which ended up being a serial killer story. xD
The closest thing I have is "effective speaking" at Cadets, where we go up and give speeches based on the topics they gave us.
I gave the only Environmental Stewardship speech in the region. And rocked with it, too!
