We can see a table in front of a cloth with EEW's logo on it. A pile of journalist, photographs and interviewers are in the conference room. The table is filled with microphones from a lot of TV channels, radio stations, etc. Marxx comes in the room, followed by his lawyer, wearing casual clothes and sunglasses as the photographs starts taking pictures of him. He makes his way to the table, then sits on it.

The manager starts speaking:

"Today, we are here to make our statement regarding the charges applied on my client. My client currently have 3 charges on him, including one of rape on Mrs. Mary Cartwright. We reunited you to share with the medias the version of the scene from Marxx, as well as to stop some rumors going on through the internet. After the statement, we will have time for some answers. Interviews will be rejected and questions in another language will be answered after the conference" he said.

Then, Marxx approached form the microphones.

"Ladies and gentlemen, thanks for joining us during this press conference.

As you probably know, it has been spread on live Television during a segment of EEW's Thursday Night Drown that I've been accused of rape on the person of Mary Cartwright. After an investigation that lasted almost a year by the employees of the company, which means no professionals from the federal police were involved in the investigation, a secret kept by myself and myself only came out.

When Harli and Jed had their Extreme House of Church match, there was the traditional One Night Stand after party, which Mary took part in, with the majority of the Extreme Entertainment Wrestling roster, and myself. After that, my memory is not very clear about the events, but I remember going back to my room right after.

Therefore, I deny the charges put on me, as both parts agreed on that sexual relationship." he stated.

The lawyer then took his microphone on his desk:

"We now have time for questions from the medias. My client does have the right to refuse a question judged inappropriate or too personal. In such situation, we will simply go to the next question" he said.

"It is a well known fact that under the influence of ecstasy, you don't have your full capacities. However, the alcohol does have its part of effects on the body and mind too for a certain period after it's been consumed. Alcohol and drugs were involved, but I never abused of Mrs. Cartwright's status as, despite not being at 100% back then, she was the one who started the engagement." he said

"Her desires were probably misplaced, and so were mine with the alcohol. I'll admit I felt guilty for months, asking myself why it happened. I was unable to face Mary until her lawyer called me to the ring since the incident. But to answer your question, I don't think I abused of the situation as that desire disorder was present in both sides with the influence of what's been consumed at the One Night Stand after party. As for everything that resulted from that, I will make public apologies to Mary at my next appearance on Extreme Entertainment Wrestling show, Thursday Night Drown." he said.

Marxx shook his head a little, then took a second before answering.

"Fear. The investigation already started in the roster, and the tension regarding the events was tangible. As one version of the incident was reported publicly, it was hard to come with the other side of the metal without being pointed at and be considered as a sexual abuser, and it's still. So, fear kept me from sharing that story with anyone, even the concerned one." he said

"I'm no expert, but Prozac is made for people on a depression. Not to mention I saw how quick ecstasy dissolves in liquid, and with the short amount of time it took for that pill to disappear, this is why my doubts, because the theory of the pill being ecstasy is just a speculation, went on that illegal product" he said

"Okay, please, this journalist is just off-topic. I won't answer his question" he said to his lawyer

"Ok, so my client decided to skip that question. We now have time for 2 more questions" said the lawyer.

The lawyer took the microphone:

"Please mister, we refused to answer your question earlier because it was off-topic. If you continue that way, we will be forced to expel you from the press conference" he said.

During that time, Marxx stood from his chair, looking straight at the man with the hood. He had his idea of who it was, but he would be surprised if it was the one he was thinking of, as it was reserved to medias only.
