What a blast life had been recently, for Sandy her life had really come together. Since that life changing night with Vulcan things had only gotten better for her, and she had whole heartly hoped it had for him too. Sitting quietly curled around her lover, her mate she smiled a purely peaceful smile watching their three newly born cubs, things could only get better and defiantly by the looks of the three more interesting. Vulcan and Sandy had almost been inseparable since the night they discovered and revealed their mutual feelings for each other, it hadn't taken Stravina, Vulcans twin, long to notice and point them out as an item. Which bothered neither of them at all, it was pleasant to be truly happy, have one and another to spend the nights with. Then their friend Soleil had discovered and shared his own news, he too had a mate finally taking the leap with Ceres, another fascinating couple for Sandy, Dragon and lion to come together despite their differences and find love in each other. That was what Sandy was all about, love regardless and seeming the two together was a blessing and now her own cubs!
For a while there before Vulcan she'd given up on the thought of a family, her friends had been enough and her lack of experience made it difficult for her to break the barrier. But nether the less between the two of them they'd managed it and here they were with a family to call their own, eyeing each of them she pondered what traits each had inherited from the two of them.
There was no doubting Vulcan and Sandy both had 'special' attributes about them, Sandy could control and bend light and Vulcan like his twin sister bared fruit from vines which held its own voice, it's own personality. Two of the three had vines and fruit, which only lead Sandy to ponder more, surely they'd hold their own voices within her cubs head but what kind of personality? Brushes her long blond hair out of her face she hoped they would be gentle, unlike Vulcan's blackberries whom had fought him for control of the body to use in horrific ways. Either way, she would be here for them, which lead her onto looking for her own gift, their boy seemed to be collecting more of a yellow haze around him as the day went on. Also the tips of his wings appeared to be pulsating a blue, interesting, she'd not encountered more than one gift in a person or lion in a long while. The yellow girl seemed clear for now so that left their third and final cub, whom had taken after Vulcan ever so much, though her eyes had yet to open a peculiar purple mist seemed to be seeping from them, perhaps a variant on her ability? It was a little too soon to tell really but she wanted to be prepared, her children would never be outcast for being special, and never confused as to what they were going through when other cubs weren't.
Tightening her curl around Vulcan she nuzzled him gently, and careful to avoid his vines "What fruit have they inherited, Daddy Vulcan?" Looking up with a cheeky smile she was truly curious, she'd not had much experience with fruit or vegetables it was honestly his specialty.
