i got an indoor gym here..i use it every now and than..but heres what i do..
i walk....alot...it helps me alot.

i also cut back on my intake (tho some in this house will say i ain't lost s**t) and went from 350 to 254

I went to the gym today, however, I did not do anything. lol
Apparently I had an overdue bill, so i straightened that out, it'll take 3-5 days.
So then I went to the store & got an iPod Touch arm band.
So ... I'm getting prepared. smile haha

another thing i did was i shortened the time i watch tv or even jump on this thing they call a computer. thats another thing i did.

yeah, I barely watch television anymore. Maybe an hour or 2 a night, before I fall asleep.
And the computer.... well, I've lost quite a bit of interest in it lately.

I should be dieting, but haven't started. I got a Wii Fit to exercise on, but haven't been on it lately...Last time I was on it though, my knee popped outta place then popped right back in, and I pulled a muscle in my knee...But the one thing that pissed me off about the Fit is that it told me I gained weight since last time I was on it...When I've been walking a lot and stopped drinking soda (except on occasion) So that was kinda upsetting. But good luck going to the gym, and great that you lost all that weight...

when i first lost all this weight i ate dinner at one of those all you can eat buffet's and i could'nt eat one plate..same with earlier with lunch after i got back home from my grandma's retirement party. it's a good thing when something like that happens tho. if u can't go to a gym. at least walk like 3 or 4 miles a week, shoten ya food intake, and spend alot more time doing something else to kill off the hunger urges..and everything will be good

just like the tortase...slow and steady wins the race.

It's not too easy trying to lose weight you gained from having a baby though. But I'm thinking of getting a membership for this spring-fall at ymca. I'm hoping it will make me feel better about myself. I'm not one to be self concious, but for some reason this time around I seem to hate the way I look. My man says I still look beautiful though, but I don't feel it. Any tips on how I can make myself feel better?

also: take at least an hour outta ya day to just be with yourself..find something productive like a hobbie..thats what i did.
