Idk wich one, my mom wants me to go to the Navy, but i've been thinking about the Marines a good bit ever sense my friends enlisted, but wich one should i go to? sweatdrop

Well technically the Marines is the Navy.
I'm completely serious. The Marines are a part of the Department of the Navy.
I've known good Marines and I've known good sailors. If you want to see combat, I suggest the Marines over the Navy.

The marines see more action. My cousin is one and went to Iraq and Afghanistan. My other cousin in the navy just spent time on a ship. ( I guess it isn't for the sea sick lol x3)
You should look into both and what they have to offer, then decide from there. =P Good Luck on your choice!~

My bf's cousin is in the Navy and they are required to spend time on the ship... so if you do not like ships and open water- don't join.
