Well, we can divide it into:
1. Manga,
2. Anime,
3. Book,
4. Games,
5. Original.
That goes into:
Anime, Manga, Book, Games:
1. Already made characters from story,
2. Original characters.
Then we need Genre:
1. Romance,
2. Suspence,
3. Horror,
4. Science Fiction,
5. Supernatural,
6. Life Mimicing.
Then Characters:
1. From other series.
2. Original characters.
Plot:
Anime, Games, Manga, Book:
1. Closly follow the plot,
2. Loosely follow the plot,
3. Make our own plot.

What to work on first then? How about Characters? We can work on backstory alone and then present them to everyone (us three XD) then make a big list and then work out a plot ^^
As an example (act like making a character for a roleplay ^^ We should have pictures, but my time is limited, so I can't get one XD)

Age: 1337
Appearance: [Insert smexy male or female here!]
Sex: Fe... Ma... Fema... Male ^^
Sexual Preferance: Gay
Main dream/Aspiration: To rule the Planet.
Backstory: [Insert long and dramatic life here!]
^^ That's just to get this started ^^ I gtg, but I'll try to get on as soon as I can ^^

Backstory: Mom left when Candie was 10, and afterwards, Candie's dad drank a lot, and used to beat Candie a lot. Until Candie brought a knife to his throat. She told him that if he ever touched her again, she'd slit his throat. Then she left. She's been traveling ever since then on her own, going from country to country, never staying in one place for more then a month.
