I have been able to be online alot more lately, and with this time, I have come up with what I feel is the right course for this Guild. I will be selecting members whom I trust to be Vice Captains, but will be treated as Co-owners of this guild. These "Vice" captains, will to me be considered a Captain. With multiple captains, I wish for each to be specialized in a specific section of the Guild. For example, One of these new captains will Run the Role Playing section. That captain will have complete Control of the Role Playing section, and will make all decisions for it. Other Captains will be selected for each other different Section. Firstly, I will want to have it done by Vote to be fair. How many of you agree with this path for the Guild?

I really do think that would be the best option.
Guilds can be very hard work.
Especially at a time like this.
So yes.
I do think that is the best way for the guild to go.

For now honestly theres not a lot of work around the guild though ..so its not hard at all since not many people post, its very easy to manage..maybe have like 3 or 4 vice captains that manages 1 or 2 sub-forums instead of having 1 for each.. because then there be too many vice captain and we dont have a lot of members at the moment..
Then maybe afterwards..when we have more members like 100+ we can have more vice captains or crew to help ..but at the moment its not necessary to have a lot

Well that brings me to the second matter, I want to close Visual Style for a week or so for renovation. I want to try and do as much of a upgrade as i possibly can and re-open. Hopefully with all the new activities, it will jump start the post rate.

I cant wait to see whats the new upgrades
but how you going to close the guild? o.O
do we inform the members?

I will mostly be closing the forums other than the main, and I will need help though for these plans, anyone who feels they should be one of my co-captains, please speak up, and we shall see if I chose you.

I have also become more active online, and feel I may be able to live up to my duties. I will be making the new captain style of this guild. and I already have a good idea at whom I would like to be my Co-captains. ^^

Oh thats good to hear. sounds fantastic. well if you need me i'm always here, i mean i always check the guild..other than that dont hesitate to PM me if you need any of my help hehe =)
Since you become the captain again..i'll edit the ownership thing on the home page

Almost, but not exactly. The updates stay, we just add this large update to it, TOS can be edited, and directory will just be edited, but I will personally totaly redo the Visual Kei thread. I will be making Mosaics of each band so members can see a variety of the groups look

ah okie dockie. sounds like a fantastic plan. do we keep the rules on each sub-forums?
Edit: I've done the little necessary updates so far and deleted some old post from general discussion and other closed threads. i leave the ones that im not sure about..to keep or not sweatdrop
but the j-rock/j-pop and art/picture forum updates are completed
if you need me to add some stuff or do other things just tell me. i'll try to help as best as i possibly can
oh and about changing general discussion name, i'll leave that up to you

Yeah i noticed.
Memebers have been sending me PM's asking why they can't get into the guild.
But they all seem to understand once, i have explained it all out.
And i can try to be on as much as possible.
I'm on most weekend,
and sometimes after my school hours.
