The old Akatsuki has fallen, their goals shattered. Only Madara himself has survived. But he is no longer alone, Sasuke has joined him in his goals to destroy Konoha. They are gathering young shinobi to regrow their ranks. The great ninja nations have suffered losses as well, so once again the fresh academy gradutaes are being thrown right into the fray. Mixed teams from the various nations are now being used. Naruto has become hokage and leads this effort.

A. Guidelines (Don't worry I'm not going to be as strict as these may make me sound. I'm just trying to avoid pitfalls I've seen befall other combat RP's)

1. YOU'RE NOT INVINCIBLE. It's the biggest problem I've seen. Somehow Genins can easily handle S- Rank Jounins and everyone counters everyone elses stuff. It's frustrated me to no end and I'm sure everyone else. I'm not saying roll over if you're a Genin facing Sasuke or a mission is turning on your team. But recognize that loosing a mission won't kill you. Getting hurt, failing a mission and maybe even the uber rare casualty keeps it fresh.
2.Keep ranks in proprtions. I'm going for a new academy style teams with a team leader as they do with fresh teams in the anime. So there can be some Chuunin and Jounins. just not massive swarms of them. Heck by now the Naruto universe gang can be heading teams.
3. I reserve the right to break with Shippuuden lore on some ocassions.
4. One and only one Sharingan user beyond Madara and Sasuke will be allowed, sorry Sasuke fans. I suppose I'll decide on who has the best story, like on how nobody up until now knew you existed, or whoever gives me the biggest bribe towards getting my Katana rolleyes
5. I may add more as they come along. But the rest are what we're all used to. Be nice, respect my authoritah etc.
