This is the map. I'm no Da Vinci. So deal!
A quick clairification.
The circles with the symbol. That is the capitol city.
Empire is all the way to the right. Its boarders are mountains and to the right.
Kingdom is bottom left. Boarders are mainly the heavy forested areas, ending at Ford Haven
Commonwealth is upper left. The islands and where its capitol city is. Each island is a different State of the Commonwealth.
When I notice that a new Town or village is created. I will update the map if I believe that it is crucial to the plot.
((but besides....a little mystery is kool amiright?))

When traveling use this as a guide and judge your time by it.
Dragonic Capitol arrow Canine Capitol
Dragon in flight- 2 full days (must have rest)
By Ship- 2 weeks 4 days(must use Commonwealth harbor)
Mounted (full gallop)- 1 month
Mounted (normal)- 1.5 months
On Foot (All out run)- 2.5 months
On Foot (normal)- 3 months
Canine Capitol arrow Commonwealth
Dragon in Flight- 1 day(must rest)
By Ship- 4 days
Mounted (full gallop)- 2 weeks
Mounted (normal)- 3 weeks
On Foot (All Out Run)- 1 month
On Foot (normal)- 1.5 months
Commonwealth arrow Dragonic Capitol
Dragon in Flight- 3 days (must rest)
By Ship- 2 weeks
Mounted (full gallop)- 2 months
Mounted (normal)- 3 months
On Foot (All Out Run) 4 months
On Foot (normal) 5 months
All travel by foot or mount requires rest or you will die. Or your mount will die
