Physical Description: Reign is of average height for her age. She keeps her black hair cropped short. Lean and long-limbed, the girl could be mistaken for a boy. She has green eyes.
Personality: Raised as the youngest of eight with seven old brothers, Reign is rather masculine in nature. She can hold her own against her brothers in a fight. Reign is fairly bold and can be sharp with her tongue. She's uncomfortable around females her own age as she's never really been around them much. She feels much more relaxed and at ease when surrounded by boys.
Reign is often of the "speak now, think about it later" school, something her parents tried to get her to correct. She has a tendency to blurt out what's on her mind before thinking about the wording or how it could be taken.
History: Reign is the youngest of eight children... and the only girl. Her father owns a small piece of land that looks to Ista Hold. All of his children pull their own weight, helping out with the beasts and in the fields. He was never above sending his children to bed without dinner if they didn't do as they'd been told. He was also not afraid to lash any of them for misbehaving. Strict, he ruled his small hold with an iron fist. But, as long as his children listened, they would see his loving side.
Reign's father often had a weak spot for her, his only daughter. While it wouldn't save her from a lashing she deserved, it would often result in her father "not seeing" his wife sneak food to the girl if she'd been sent to bed without dinner.

Other/Talents: Having worked with dreybeasts and herdbeasts, she's good with the animals, knowing when to be firm and how to stop an angry beast.

Going with the new, Sil is being picky thing, could you please go into a bit more detail with her personality? It's nothing personal- I just want more to work with in general, so I can better match up Candidates to dragons. I'm sort of concerned about how Pernese her name is as well- it's not absolutely necessary you change it, but something a bit more.. Pern-y would be nice, if that makes sense. I'm also not sure as to the wording of 'stopping a rampaging beast', considering that herdbeasts would tend to weigh a good three hundred pounds, at least. Maybe 'deal with' would be a better choice of words, because the alternative sort of makes me think of this little girl trying to stop a huge beast.

And this is my typing at 2am. XD *works on some of it* I've never been one to write 3894359 word long personalities... *will try to expand some*
Also... you can stop large beasts easily if you know the trick. Often grabbing the nostrils or ears will make an animal stop.
Edit: Got a bit more added to the personality... *not sure if its enough* Don't worry about being strict on it if you want more. XD
