(from One Piece Wikipedia)  Surprisingly however he is very honest even to his enemies and even more so then Fukurou, though doesn't seem to take insults well as no sooner then his giraffe/human form was mocked he sliced the Tower of Justice in half. After being revealed as one of the Water 7 CP9 agents, Kaku's personality becomes cold and rather emotionless in contrast to his character on Water 7 where he was mainly seen laughing and smiling. Despite this, he often taunts his opponents during battle, ate a Devil Fruit for the fun of it, and exclaimed "This is fun!" during his life-and-death battle with Zoro. He also seems to place a chance to fight over easy accomplishment of a mission; when Zoro and Sogeking were cuffed together he wished to help them, so he wouldn't be forced to share his target with Jyabura. When neither agent had the key, both agreed that the prey was up for grabs. Kaku showed great sportsmanship after his defeat where he laughed at Zoro's comment of working in a zoo, remarking "too bad" when Zoro passed Paulie's message of "you're fired" and handing over his key without Zoro having to say a word, leading one to believe that he is not as cold-hearted or evil as he appears.

Ah, that's true. I thought that he was pretty cool, with all that destructive power. ~ 3~
I mean, anyone could be a wolf. But giraffes are unique, and much more memorable. I mean, how many Jyabura fans do you mean? Or even Lucci fans?
I think Kaku is probably the most popular of the CP9, by far. .w. <3

I just remember when Kumadori was talking about committing Seppuku, and Jyabura's like, "OMG SHUT UP."
And he's like, "Mother... were you stopping me from dying...?"

OHH MY GOD I SAW THOSE EPISODES TOOS!! XDDDD SOOO FREAKIN HILARIOUS!
I also saw when Lucci convinces Kaku and Kalifa to eat their Devil Fruits...and he was super sexy then. With all the clink of his glass, and his evil smirk...and of course the clapping Hattori!
Y'know I think that's the only trait that keeps him from being 100% evil. Hattori compensates for all the bad stuff apparently!

I KNOW, RIGHT? LIKE WHEN THEY FIRST MET LUCCI AT WATER 7, AND PAULIE AND LUCCI GOT INTO A FIGHT, AND LUFFY WAS LIKE,
"STOP! DON'T YOU SEE?! IT'S USING YOU!"
And Usopp's like, "..What the heck are you saying, Luffy?"
"IT'S USING YOU! IT'S CONTROLLING THAT GUY WITH ITS EVIL POWERS."

I don't remember that, but I know that happens... Eh. I remember laughing because Hattori gained a tie and a cloak when they went Enies Lobby. xD
I actually think that Hattori kind of represents Lucci's good side. >: It's so small, and it's quiet, but it's still there, and he'd like that to be the bigger side, since he always makes it obvious.. but, perhaps I'm looking too much into it.

It kind of is. Just because Franky, Kaku, Spandam--all of them--are such ridiculous characters and people. xD You just can't help but laugh at them no matter how awesome they are.
But, Kaku and Zoro's fight is probably my favorite one. Even though I love Luffy, that fight terrified me, so I'ma say I liked Zoro's more. > 3>;
KAKU IS SO HONORABLE THAT I COULD TRUST HIM. D: EVEN AFTER TRYING TO KILL ZORO.
