O.k., so I keep having this dream about I'm pregnant and it's at different times. Like the first time I was three months pregnant, the second time I was five months, and lately it's just been every night and I've been seven months pregnant. There's this guy who's my best friend in reality and he has a crush on me and in my dream when he looks at me he looks like this is all his fault. I think he's the father. Before all this happened though, when I was seven, I had a dream about I woke up and I was pregnant. I had no clue who the father was. I just woke up and my doctor told me I was pregnant.(this is all in my dreams). does anybody know what it means?

I'm assuming it means you either want to get pregnant or fear getting pregnant....
