And I brought up the fact that Chuugoku was the bustiest person in the series... then we got into a minor debate on the Touhou bust listing... We need some help on debating the spots... neutral
1. Hong Meiling
2. Eirin
3. Yuyuko
4. Ran
5. Yukari
6. Kanako
7. Komachi
7a. Yuugi

Whatever the total amount of characters is -2: Suika Ibuki
Whatever the total amount of characters is -1: Rinnosuke

Hong Meiling is well known to be the bustiest Touhou character, though Yuyuko is also known in fan arts and such to be Hong Meiling rival.. in that category..
this.. feels wierd.

Ran comes before Yukari-sama, according to the M-1 Grand Prix (Season 2) ^^;
And Yuugi comes before Komachi, in my opinion. Perhaps a spot near the top for Kanako as well?

Oh dear, I may have to recall my statement. It turns out that the omake in this douga reveals that Sakuya has a much more organic approach to achieving her bust size than using pads.
Note: Look up "Melon Pan" on Wikipedia if you're still confused.
