As you may or may not know, we can have guild Subforums. They DO cost guild money but we have more than enough. We need YOU to help us think of ideas for Subforums.
My ideas: Chatterbox, and Year Book.

I dunno the guild isn't active enough really.. it probably wasn't active enough to move to a real guild in the first place xP

Kiminoke I dunno the guild isn't active enough really.. it probably wasn't active enough to move to a real guild in the first place xP
i know some people kept forgetting how to access the guilds.
or it wasn't easy enough for them or whatever.
with the number of members we have, we should be active.

Well, I for one would like a roleplaying subforum XD
and it's not active because we keep recruiting thinking that if we get more people they will be active but that isn't true, we should reduce the quantities and aim for a better quality, at least in terms of their active status and whether or not they will be of a great annoyance or not.
Before, we only recruited to recruit, not giving any thought to the fact that alot of people might join random guilds, but just join to join and not really to participate.
I mean I bet if you look at most of out member they have a ridicously low post count compared to the length of their membership...
damn I ramble on and on, I'll end it here XD

Kimi's Plan of Action and Activation!
1) Send a notice to all guild members giving them 2 weeks to reply or be deleted unless they agree to try to become more active.
2) Also include in these e-mails a notice of Damien's birthday party this weekend.
3)We can take up to 5 suggestions for subforums and vote at Damien's party even (when people are most active.. hopefully) on which we like?
My Suggestion for a forum is one to keep older threads that we like, but are taking up unwanted space in the main forum making it look cluttered, such as the notices from Cycon etc.

Ah, so that's what yearbook meant. I've thought about making my own thread... like Kimi's Shoebox. I wouldn't mind having it in the Yearbook subforum.

well I never saw the thred, this is my favorite guild, and I'll fight as hard as I need to to make it active and fun.

the Yearbook would be ok.
But a CB sub would just take away what little actvity the Guild has. sweatdrop
