I was gonna post about this on the day it happened, but I was to depressed/worried about it. Didn't want to depress everyone else too.
It really was a shame. I've heard so many eye witness accounts by now. I had a few friends that were there at the show and outside the stage door watching her get taken away to the hospital (still in costume too) They say it was so scary because the ones up close to the stage could hear her saying that she couldn't breath and to call 911. And a lot of the people that had never seen the show before thought that was the end and started to clap when the lights came on. They didn't know something was wrong until they announced that any doctors in the theatre should report to the back of the Orchastra section at once. Rumors in the theatre were ranging from she fainted to she had a heart attack. It was bad. Real bad.
But at least she was able to make an appearence the next day, picking up from where she left off the day before, even if she was wearing a red track suit and the last five minutes of the show was done COMPLETELY out of character because cast and audience could not hold themselves back.

I feel bad that I hadn't heard about it untill a week later. But Happy that I atleast heard about it. It was good of Idina to go and do the last part of her final performace and say goodbye. Raither than just sitting at home and stewing about how she could never get to do her last performance.
I'm proud of her.
