location: in her daddies palace most of the time.
personality: shy, quite, but can be fierce when needed.
abilities: she uses her mind for almost anything, thats why she was born with white hair.
about her: she was born deaf, but got hearing back when she was about 10. she comes from a rich family, which has strong connections with royalty. she is individual and was always bullied as a child, for having a wider imagination then other children. she was born with platinum white hair color, but it changed to a pale blue color over night one day. she isnt very physically strong but she has unbelieve-able mental strength. shes is quite smart, she can speak 3 fluent languages. she has a pet ferret, which she keeps in her hair, or around her shoulders. she likes reading books and made up her own written language. she is ignored by most children, so she tends to go on in life without them, and but she is a really nice person. but can be very shy.

Oh dear::
She can be brash and jumps to conclusions often , without evidence or any real proof. However, she is also insightful and quick witted ,and has a tendency to notice things others don't.Her short temper makes her a confusing person to handle and her knowledge means she is very good at winning arguments. If someone digs deeper ,or rather is brave enough to, she can be shown up as a lot more vulnerable than she tries to make out
Guess what I can do?::
Freddie can suck the life out of people. Literally. She must penetrate the skin, but does not take blood, only the energy it gives. She can also take energy through a simple touch, but can barley knock someone unconscious, and if it does, it dosn't last long.

Freddie
Freddie sat placidly in the water, her head partly sub-merged, and her bunches stick out. She blinked when someone else came to the waterside.At the first the girl seemed scared, but slowly moved back over and began to wash her face. Freddie rose, still fully clothed, and walked towards her. "I , know you from, somewhere" She glanced down and wrinkled her forehead as she tried to think.

Freddie shrugged. "Meh, personal choice. I don't think I'd really like to live there.I prefer-" She waved her arms around. "-the outdoors" She sighed an dsat deeper in the lake. "Things are probably very hetic for you, its a lot quieter here, well, I think."

Name:Her real name is unknown but everyone that knows her, they called her "Fei" Age: 20 Race: Spirit Location: The crystal lake Personality: mysterious, stubborn, friendly, silly and sometimes a bit crazy Biography:She was left under a tree near the lake when she was a baby and were found by a farmer who raised her. Since she came into their world, their farms were blessed and everything were growing rapidly, even better than before. She love to day dream a lot and one day when she turned 16, some of her day dreams creatures came true unexpectedly in front of her. Everyone in the village were afraid of her because of this and banish her from there. Not long after the farmer died and now she live at the lake that lights up and shimmer like a crystal every night. This lake is called crystal lake. Since she was banish, she realized that she wasn't human and for a couple of years..she has been hearing people's pain and suffering around her which makes her crazy a bit. Then on her 18th birthday, her power has revealed itself as she can sometimes disappears out of tin air, fly near the clouds or walk amongst people in the villages like a ghost, watching over them. At night time, she sings a mermaid melody and dance around on the water. She is Indeed very mysterious.

fay points up far into the clouds.
she gets her balloon and blows it up really big, then it starts to lift her and her ferret. she floats up to the sky and trys to follow the thing in the clouds, but it seems to be moving fast.

*Fei was very curious, she then uses her ability to be invisible or ghost like appears near the ferret, checking the creature out. Then fly around closely behind this unknown girl*
o_O hmm..
*she happily noticed that the rain clouds are coming. she starts to sing a melody and the rain starts pouring lightly, as a result the white clouds starts to sparkle*
