You could find anything on Gaia. There were days that Satika found this fact utterly charming. Though, to be honest, there were more days when her reactions could be characterized as 'horrified' and 'confused'. But, that was life. As it was, Satika was simply happy that a world that had given her two daughters, one clockwork, the other arachnid, there were also locations that catered to the special needs involved in caring for such children.
Such as this particular apothecary, which specialized in antivenoms. For the most part
Taima had outgrown her stinging phase, but there were still... slip-ups. Cecelia was, thank the Goddess, apparently immune to the poisons. Satika was not. She found it useful to keep a regular supply within the household.
And so it was that she found herself browsing the rather extensive selection of other apothecary delights that the store offered. Powders and creams and liquids claiming to cure any ill. Cecilia was, for the moment, sleeping in the stroller. A fact evidence that her high pitched demanding screams could not be heard. Taima was trying to argue that they needn't be in the store in the first place.
"No sting mama!" She repeated, not for the first time.
((I know antivenom is a bit more complex than that... but it's Gaia. Magical antivenom store. Why not?))
