About Puccho (The Actual Food)
Physically: It's a chewy type of candy. It's not like gummies. Think a softer caramel but just as smooth. It's the kind to stick to your molars too! Embedded into the candy is little fizzy bits and gummy bits. They are about the size of a bead. The gummies are often shaped like gumdrops and the fizzy bits are randomly shaped. The outside of the candy itself is often striped in two colours, depending on the flavour of candy that is bought.
Taste: It's not a really insanely sweet candy, but if you've had too many, prepare for a pain in your mouth! It has an even taste all around. The gummies taste like the flavour you bought too! The fizzy stuff doesn't though. After a few candies, the fizzy stuff doesn't get exciting. (from personal experience) But the candy is still delicious to eat after meals or even when sitting on a bus!
Packaging: They are always individually packed no matter which type of packaging you buy. Which is pretty convenient if you like to keep some hidden in your purse for on-the-go snacking. They can be wrapped similarly to bubble gum here in North America, or in a single sheet wrapped around the candy and twisted at the two ends. If it's in the twist kind of packaging, they are often packaged in bags that are similar to how Werther's Originals are packaged.
