So a long while ago, I shopped my brother's hair green in a rather smug-looking photo of him, and then added the caption "screw da rulz i hav green hair" in the spirit of Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged.
Then, a while later, I discovered the wonders of ihasatardis, Aretha Hats, and Terrifying Pertwee. That gave me ideas. This is the product.

*screams uncontrollably and slams straight into the door*

Ouch...

On a side note, Yu Gi Oh abridged ROCKS so much, it makes me cry with laughter.

The first time I watched the Colin Baker-era intro, I shuddered, which says something because Terrifying Pertwee makes me laugh endlessly. It made me glad that Tom Baker's picture wasn't smiling in his intro.

Actually out of all the Doctors who should look crazy-smiley in their intro I think Tom Baker's the one! biggrin

Manic smiles repel my psyche when they're surrounded by trippy effects. For a while, I couldn't get used to seeing the Doctor's face in the classic intros because I started with the new series and the intro is just the TARDIS flying around in spacetime.

I kinda miss the faces... and they could have had Eccleston's ears glowing in his intro! biggrin

I take a little bit to adapt to different stuff, so when I first watched all of the classic intros, it took a little bit of time to decide on a favourite because I had immediately fallen in love with the symphonic-sounding version that is characteristic of Tennant's era. Initially, I didn't like Sylvester McCoy's, because it sounded less like a sort of creepy sci-fi tune, and more like a trippy fantasy type thing, and it didn't start with the bass line going on as long as it usually does. It was my first experience with the "middle eight" thing that is apparently in the extended versions of the theme.

I'm not sure that a superimposed image of either of the new Doctors would work on the new thing because I just saw something where someone tried to do that and it didn't seem to have quite the same quality.

It's a dated concept that doesn't really work now but I think that for one of the specials (for instance the 200th one coming up...) that they should do it just once for the novelty value.

My favourite theme is probably the one from the TV Movie because it's big and orchestral with similar qualities to the new series one only it seems both grander and sadder at the same time. It made me all teary eyed the first time I watched the end credits... crying

I think I liked the one from the Davison-C.Baker years, but I'm not too sure. It's nice to hear a new key for a change. Maybe I just have a thing for synthesizers over orchestras and such. An orchestral composition, to me, doesn't have quite the same ethereal quality.

I also like plenty of the unofficial fan-made ones.

My favorite intro was also the FOX movie one, felt kinda epic <3
(( ...unlike large portions of the storyline... >>;;; ))
7's was pretty cool, and I like the current ones a lot as well.
The middle 8 section is my favorite, so any one with that makes me happy! x3

Ontopic:
Lulz at Terrifying Pertwee. I especially like the bow xD
...it's obviously way too late.

It appears that Terrifying Pertwee is more terrifying to Whovians than it is to non-fans. I've shown it to friends with limited Who knowledge (apart from my incoherent drivel) and they laugh themselves into the grave.
