Personality: She tends to be happy and perky, although she does have a bit of a temper. She pushes her point until it is noticed, but she is only strongly determined for a short amount of time… She then tries to either do said thing herself, or she just completely drops the subject. With some things she can become a scaredy-cat, but she is brave for the most part.
History: Sammy was born in Slateport, where she grew alongside boats, beaches, and water pokemon. He parents were/are loving and caring, and always wanted the best for her. There was one particular thing, though, that they had always envisioned their daughter as. A pokemon scientist. Sammy, however, was quite opposed to the idea. Her true passion was/is writing her feelings for the world to appreciate and admire. When she confronted her parents, they agreed on a sort of treaty. Sammy would be able to write AND own her own pokemon, but she had to obtain a pokedex and learn the ropes of the pokemon world. She agreed eagerly, and was told that she would begin within a month’s time.
However, soon trouble came to Slateport and their family. A group of Team Galactic Peons appeared at their house a few days before Sammy was destined to leave for Kanto. What they wanted was unknown to her, but appearantly it had something to do with obtaining pokemon, or something along those lines. Her father fought valiantly for the sake of Slateport, but he and his Swampert were kidnapped and never returned. Sammy and her family were crushed by the loss of their father and best friend. She still went to Kanto, and she vowed to avenge her father’s disappearance, and hoped to find him… If he was still alive.
