If you honestly thought the title was serious, GTFO.

This is about runescape players who seem to have a superiority complex going on for them. Most of the time, it's awfully funny. Especially if you're a skiller. You would be walking around, minding your own business, and someone level 50 will beg for your fish - you say no and they start ranting on how they can 'own j00' to make them feel superior to the fact that they can't get their own fish.

It's provably just me, always running into people who want to be superior in a game. I always gain amusement form it, but in the same time I feel bad for those people. As if their own self-worth was based upon the items they posses or the levels they have obtained, and when someone who has better things than them they get all ape s**t about it.

At the time, I was level 80 in Veracs doing a fremmy quest, that guy was in his 90s in Torag. Remember, Veracs used to be worth a lot more back then. So for some reason he found it upon himself to fallow me and go "PSSSH" Provably his way of saying "You don't impress me even though you were minding your own business and not attempting to make yourself seem remotly impressive since that appears to be your regular armor and you seem to be busy doing a quest to improve your skills, so now I will waste time to make that clear to you by typing out a sound D:<" I thought it was pretty funny actually, since the only reason I wore the damn armor was because I didn't have enough to get something better (in this case, Torag, a whip, and a good shield) and couldn't get rid of my Veracs, since I used it for Duel Arena.

Or for another example, this one;



I can see how cooking and fishing are related, but when you're fishing you normally talk about just that - fishing. For some reason this guy asked my fishing level (I think his combat was higher than mine at the time) then instead of saying "cool mine's xx" he brought up his cooking. I think this is his way of saying "LOL SO? I HAVE 99 COOKING LOOOOOOL." It would be really like asking someone's Woodcutting then saying your Firemaking level - one of them takes quite a while to level and the other one's easy as ********. But because you haven't wasted enough of your life on it you proceed to bringing up your higher one to make your ego go back up. (Literally if you happen to have a turn on for big numbers)

On my skiller, I see people like this so many times. Most of the time whenever they find out I have a skill higher than them (they ask) they bring up how they can own me in combat. Because, we all know that level 3 skillers love combat! What's funnier to me is when people ask whatever skill I'm doing, then bring up their total level. (If you don't know, having level 40 in every F2P skill is 600 total, and only makes up about 558k experience, that's less than the experience you need for a single level 66 skill)

Discuss;
- People who feel that they have to be better than you in a game to survive.
- People who brag in a game.
- People who don't realize it's a good thing to not be good at an online game. Since most people who are good tend to be sociopaths, have no lives, or are just a little ******** in the head because you would very much rather ignore your friends and family to instead play a repetitive game. (We're all ******** in the head here, but only three of us are sociopaths - if you think you don't qualify as one of these categories and don't suck/are average at the game, then I have some news for you bro...)
- Why Bombi seems to like depressed suicidal mentally-unstable ladies with no-lives or concept of reality. (I have an odd taste in women) Yet never seems to find one even though he has the power of the Internet on his side.

I completely forgot about those kind of people, it's another one of these people with a superiority complex, just taken it to a different level.

Them being jealous that you're better than them in a game and know that nothing they say can make them feel better in the game, will bring up outside of the game as if to try to prove that they're not losers like the people they're trying to call one. However, by arguing the fact that they have 'lives' outside of the game, they're just proving that they in fact they don't. You see those kind of people everywhere, on Gaia they call others nerd and think that they 'bumped' or 'merchented' constantly for their expensive items (instead of just getting them while they're cheap) And on runescape they do that, they call people who are better in a game noobs instead of facing the fact that someone might just do what they enjoy (which is playing the game) or even if that person's a long-time player and only plays about an hour a day, but when they do play they gain tons of exp through superior training methods. In the end, they will still just be saying that the person is a nerd or a loser for doing what they love.

Around the time those kind of people get to a very high level (by no-lifing and doing what they insulted others for doing) they then start to call everyone even slightly lower level than them noobs for not being 'cool' and 'l337' like them.

You don't see these people in person since it never works. Though, I would love to think that those kind of people are so miserable outside of the online community that they take their attitude outdoors. I would love to imagine it going like this; They'll see someone in a park having their dog do tricks, and since they're jealous to the fact that the person was able to properly train their pet while they themselves can't teach their own dog how to sit, they'll find it to themselves to have to yell out, "NOOB U SPENT 10 HOURS A DAY TEACHING UR DOG HOW TO DO TRICKS CAUSE UR A NO LIFE NERD LOOOOOOL"

When I was training Bat Bish, lvl 10 at the time, some lvl 80 came out of nowhere and asked me to be his gf.

I said no.

Then he started calling me a noob and saying he can own me.

So I brb'd him, hopped on omega, and whooped his a** in the duel arena.

Good times.

Oooh~

There was a level 33 noon (I was 66 at the time), and he was complaining that I was taking his Rock Crabs, so he was like "omg i cn so own u in dool u wnn go/". I told him sure, and told him I'd be down after I defeated a small army of Rock Crabs. I never left, but every time he PM'd me "omg lyk y rnt u hre yet?", I kept telling him I was lagging badly. He waited in front of the duel arena for about an hour before I told him he was noobish for thinking I really wanted to take him on. :3

One time, it was me, Shinno, Bone, and Lizzy. We were killing some cows and this idiot comes up. He was dissing us I believe and he said he would own me at DA. We were both on our noob accs and mine was higher, so I said sure. He logs and brings in his main. That pissed me off because I wasn't talking about his main. So, I brought my main and I owned his a** in all the battles. The last battle we had, he was eating and I still owned him. I just don't like people like that... Bringing up mains when we aren't even talking about them is just dumb..

Just tell them that they're useless, so what was the point in making their account? xp
