If you need an item, go ahead and ask but just because someone says that they will help you doesn't mean that you get to bug them constantly.
If you have a problem with some one please take it to a mod and we will do our best to take care of it instead of causing a fight. we want to keep things as peaceful as possible. 
Keep posts on topic as much as you can, we understand you talk and conversations go there way but we don't want people to be rummaging through a thread forever attempting to find something. if you want to talk about your day feel free to make a new topic! we have a subfourm just for that 3nodding 
Please attempt to be some what literate. If you miss spell a few things (like Chrissy xd ) then that is perfectly fine, but no Leet, please also refrain from using only chat speak as it does tend to get annoying after so long.
Follow the forum crews rules and know that if any member of the crew sees you doing something ban worthy, it will be reported to the captains.
Warnings will be administered during your first offense (unless we see fit to ban) then you get a second chance, the third time the entire crew will discuss your immediate ban. if it is found that you are willing to cooperate then you shall be put on a probationary period that will be determined by the captains and mods.The Captains make the rules and we maintain the right to change them.(however if there is a significant change in the rules then we will let everyone know.)If you break the TOS you will be reported.giving recruitment links that are outside of gaia is forbidden.
giving links to sites outside of gaia is acceptable upon the reputation of the site (reputation is based off of WOT and McAfee
keep all your posts in the pg-13 setting, do not include in your posts anything vulgar or crude. also refrain from mentioning politics or religion as everyone has their own views on these things and the clan is not the setting to discuss them.no cuss words are allowed (you know what i mean) only word we allow is Heck as its used in another member's username. (its also used as a joke to say aww heck)if there is a word that you believe should be not used (such as pissed) and is not the typical cuss word and isn't blocked by your word filter then we ask that you either PM either Chrissy_of_hailfire or Kajaro the reason why you have a problem with that word. we will then work out if its a word that shouldn't be used within the clan. (obviously you should not use pissed often but it its an accepted word for occasions that warent the use)There are times where a mod will need to edit a post to let you know who has edited the post they are colored

Contests Rules
We have some sort of contest each and every month to give everyone an opportunity to gain something for participating and also to give us all something to do.
to enter into a contest you must post within the contests thread that you are going to participate. (that way, if your the only one who had entered and had at least started your entry you will get the prize)
you have till the last day of the next month to finish your entry, there will be times where it may take longer and so the contest may last for two months it will be stated then that it will last longer than a month.
each entry will still belong to you, but you are giving the clan freedom of use for clan use only. (example would be an image for the homepage of the clan) you retain all rights of the images, concepts, or ideas.
remember to keep things in the age group, gaia has 13 and over.
